After purchasing a Groupon deal for a new patient visit, I called Dr. Fasano to inquire about making an appointment for my newly adopted puppy who I suspected to have kennel cough. Before I mentioned the Groupon, Dr. Fasano took her time talking to me over the phone to answer all of my questions, and to address my concerns with traditional antibiotics, and then despite her schedule for the day and being booked up, and her plans to leave early, she invited me to drive over so she could examine my puppy. Dr. Fasano truly cares about all of her patients, and agreed to examine my puppy outside in the cool AC of my car, rather than inside of the clinic, to avoid the potential of her other canine patients contracting the virus. Overall, it really stands out to me that she personally spoke to me over the phone rather than a tech or receptionist, and that she arranged to meet with me and my pup on the same day despite her booked schedule. The appointment went by quickly as I had recorded my pup coughing, which easily led her to confirm the diagnosis, and she prescribed an herbal supplement to boost my pups immune system, as well as a natural cough suppressant to offer 2-4x a day. Overall, I definitely recommend Dr. Fasano for pet owners looking for alternative therapies, especially for aging pets with mobility challenges in need of physical therapy, and pet owners looking for ways to help prevent and treat minor illness through diet changes and herbal and natural supplements and therapies. Thank you, Dr. Fasano, for meeting with me and Carly at such short notice; your true dedication, talent, and desire to help animals in need definitely sets you apart from most vets.

Deneen was great with my dog Mr. Wiggles. Normally he would be very anxious and nervous at the vets office and not lay still. He was relaxed, layed down comfortably on the padded exam table and wagging his tail the whole time he was getting his first acupuncture treatment. She even gave me a tremendous military discount. Much more than the 10% offered by any other buisness. I highly recommend her and look forward to Mr. Wiggles next treatment.

Dr. Fasano was a huge help when our beloved beagle was very ill almost 2 yrs ago. I greatly appreciate her thoughtful approach and am thankful to have found her. Dr. Fasano is honest, nice, and very talented at what she does. She healed my Siberian husky who suffered from a luxating patella.
