I have worked with Home Instead Senior Care for 3 months now and I could not see myself any where else. The franchise owner does NOT treat her employees unfairly and goes above the call of duty to make sure all of her employees are taken care of. I work in the same office as the owner and there has never been one day of a "hostile" work environment. The management treats the employees with the utmost respect and has an open door policy for suggestions, grievances, etc. I have day to day contact with the clients and have never heard any comments about their loved ones not being cared for in the most professional, nurturing environment possible. The owner and management have gone above and beyond for me. Please dont listen to one disgruntled employees rantings, let us show you the EXCEPTIONAL quality of Home Instead Senior Care.

Home Instead is primarily motivated by financial gain. Please do not entrust your loved ones with their care. I was hired years ago under the guise of "quality assurance" to discover I was really a recruiter who was forced to trick your loved ones into agreeing to increasing their hours of service to benefit the company. Home Instead just does not have your best interests in mind. It is deplorable to manipulate such a sensitive population as they do. They have left such a negative imprint on my memory, I feel compelled to post this years after my horrific experience.

I had looked in the phonebook for companies to take care of my grandfather. I came upon Home Instead Senior Care and called them. They were very pleasant from the initial phone conversation. They made me feel like they cared. We set up an appointment to have them come out and they were great. My grandfather is now getting services 3 days a week. He really enjoys his caregiver and we have the comfort of knowing that he is being well taken care of. I would highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care.

I have had consistent and excellent service. I have always been independent but had a health issue that brought me to Home Instead.
