I didnt get the excruciating wait as others have noted, but I did get the extremely rude staff and unsanitary facility. The woman working the front desk started talking to a co-worker after I asked a question about check in and then ignored me after she was done chatting about lunches. The woman taking the specimen was pleasant enough, but the toilet seat for the drug screen was covered in both wet and dry urine. I took a piece of toilet paper to try to wipe it off and it was like wiping a thin layer of grease off a stove. I would not return for another drug test, and I worry about the people getting their blood drawn.

Worst visit ever brought my wife here to get bloodwork and even after ready her address and phone and looming at her paperwork after 45 mins of waiting past our apt they just mentioned that we were at the wrong building even though .y paperwork told me this address . This is outrageous. To top it off there is always a problem here 1 computer is always down or only 2 people work here. I just heard they over charge a woman for something she didnt need because they didnt read her paperwork correctly.. What kind of people are running this place

This office was unbelievable - way behind schedule, slow service, not friendly front desk help. I have never had such slow service at a lab. I had an 11:15am appointment and was not seen until 12 :25pm and I had an appointment. Those who were there without an appointment had been waiting two hours. There is seriously a problem here. I could accept a 15-20 minute wait with an appointment, but not an hour. Use Quest or another lab if you have a choice.

Polite as everybody and everywhere...but I and my husband have bruises. Moreover: I have blood disease ,I have to check my blood every month,every time I have to ask give me results,but everything is on my prescription.. It says-send the results to the patient, but they do not!!! My treatment is based on my blood test, it is blood cancer,and each time I have to ask,I have to find my results,even if everything is already in file!!!

I recently got new insurance so I called before going to get my blood drawn and they said they took my insurance. I signed in and an hour in a half later they called me up to get my insurance and prescription and lo and behold they didnt take my insurance. Im absolutely livid, especially since the lady at the counter said I should have called to make sure before showing up...

Literally here for 2 hours. People behind us without and appointment are going. Their excuse is that they lost our paper and finally found. It was right in the folder in front of them. They say were next but Im here another hour. Save your time and go to a different location cause the fat lady in the front is incompetent with what the other fat blond lady did.

This location was a pain in the ass to find, I had to wait to take a simple pre-employment drug screening that could have been done at my job site. There were at least 15 people waiting when I arrived, so anyone on a schedule is screwed because your going to have to wait. I was not impressed with the level of professionalism of this business.

Horrible service. Appointments do not help. They are not staffed for the volume of business they have. People sit for hours prior to being called for their paperwork. Very poorly run. This location is understaffed. There are only two phlebotomists working and one of them is also working the desk. I waited an hour and then asked how much longer my wait would be and they told me anothe hour and a half. Judging by some of the previous reviews this location is mismanaged.

this place made me wait around 2 hours to get blood work . The people around me were waiting for the longest time as well and several were complaining . Not the first time it happened too , every time I go here I wait for the longest time . Not satisfied at all , believe me .

I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, and based on some of my past visits, this was "quick". I considered myself lucky to be done in that amount of time, as there were people in the waiting room that have been waiting for two hours past their appointment time.

I have been to this Lab on numerous occasions and without exception, have found the staff to be polite and friendly. The Phlebotomists on staff are incredible. I hardly feel the needle and never have bruising. They are artists at what they do.

This is my third time here to have the same test done, each time I run out of time to wait for service. If you go there you better have the day off. So far I have seen 2 people stand up and scream at the front desk clerk, then leave.

I had a 9:00 appointment this morning, arrived fifteen minutes early and at 9:50 am still waiting to get a simple blood test drawn. This is fairly typical of this location, inept and incompetent when it comes to time management.

Always timely and very professional. I would highly recommend this lab the personnel even though under pressure and rushed are always pleasant and accommodating. The lab techs have never hurt me, Ive been using them for years.

Without an appointment I was in and out within 15 minutes. Everyone was courteous and professional. I was afraid it would be a long wait, so I was pleased it wasnt. Also, I barely felt a thing and had anticipated worse!

I have tried to call several times. The phone just rings. When I let the phone continue to ring they disconnected the call. I was only trying to call to cancel an appointment. Awful customer service.

The woman taking my blood for a pregnancy test had the audacity to say I WAS pregnant when the results were negative. That was not her place and unprofessional. They are understaffed.
