AWESOME!! I come here often due to a health condition that requires me to get alot of blood draws and the phlebotomist is super fast and really good. I drive all the way here from Lancaster instead of going to the local hospital because she is the only person that can get my veins on the first try and it does not even hurt! I recommend this location to everybody.

After fasting for 12 hours to get bloodwork done, we showed up at 0836 this morning only to find out that the answering machine lies and they were not open. Now we have to take a day off work to go get blood work. Never again! ANSWER YOUR PHONES! Had you answered your phone any of the multiple times I tried calling this week, we would have avoided this.

Patricia Ortega is absolutely wonderful ! I cant imagine anyone having a bad experience with her running the Pickerington Office. She went out of her way to help solve some insurance issues, she worked around my schedule, and made several recommendations to help my situation. And then..she did all the lab work. Shes great !

Was a walk-in near lunch with orders that were faxed to the office and veins that have become tricky to hit and painful to stick. The orders were there, check-in was quick and the phlebotomist is very good. I could not have asked for a better experience.
