I waited exactly one hour to drop off a specimen. There was only one person doing everything. All I had to do was hand the specimen over but because she didnt notice that I marked the circle " dropping off specimen" I waited. I surely would have waited even longer if I hadnt held up the bag and said I was just dropping this off. She did apologize saying she didnt see the indication. Clearly they need more staff. I am concerned about what vital information might they not see if a simply marked circle is missed. Since my daughters insurance only lets me take her to Lab Corp I am forced to deal with this. Months earlier at the other Lab Corp on 66th they put my birth date as my daughters. Again more staff needed so the ones there can do their job correctly.

They are supposed to open at 6 AM. I got up early and was there before 6:00 to make sure I would get to work on time. At 6:30 one employee finally arrived. She was surprised no one else was there. What a nightmare. This one employee had to work the front desk and do the lab work all by herself - which is basically impossible. At 7:20 I finally left - without getting any lab work done. I just couldnt wait any longer as I had to get to work. I fasted and got up early for nothing.

Nice and friendly staff. A little hard to find, but it is in the same plaza as bonefish grill. The address listed will take you to an apartment complex.
