The doctors are wonderful, the staff, not so much. No help with questions regarding insurance, or billing. Even trying to pay at the desk was met with a condescending and "too much to do" attitude. and became an exercise in futility. The physicians are terrific, but in the end, they are only as good as their staff. When I asked to speak with the "office manager" I was told that they were the physicians in the office. When I asked to leave a message for them, I was disconnected. ouch! Doctors?

Dr Silva is an excellent doctor. I havent been there long, but every time I go there shes always smiling, which makes me comfortable and believe that she loves her job.
