If I could give zero stars I would. I am suffering with a cold which turned into an infection that has been lingering for almost 3 weeks now. The infection has spread through my sinuses, out my eyes, down my throat, and making its way into my lungs. I saw this doctor and he prescribed me a steroid and told me to gargle with childrens benadryl. I returned a few days later extremely ill and clearly with infection. A nurse came in and began interrogating me! Told me I had to take an allergy test where they would scratch my arm for different allergies! I told them no this is not an allergy, Im not allergic to anything and the nurse said to me "yeah, thats what everyone says" and I almost ran out the door in a panic until the doctor stopped me. He finally inspected me and agreed that I needed an antibiotic, for which he prescribes a medication that no Walgreens, Publix, CVS, or anywhere else carries! I spent FOUR HOURS back and forth between trying to contact the doctor and leaving messages, and they told me to find another pharmacy that carries the medicine. I had to contact every major pharmacy in the area and no one carried that type of antibiotic! My pharmacy had to tell me what medicine to tell my doctor to change it to. I broke down crying and my husband had to yell at someone to do their job and give me the proper accessible medication and the correct diagnosis. No hospitality, no one cares... its just another day at the office and a place I had to beg for help. Never returning to this doctors office.

If I could rate this doctors office 0 stars, I would. They are the most unprofessional, disgusting (literally, not clean) office I have ever visited. The staff is absolutely difficult and infuriating to work with and they will charge whatever they feel like charging to their patients. Make sure if you have a pre-existing condition like high blood pressure, dont go for a wellness exam, or they will charge it as a non-wellness exam and take advantage. Does that make any sense to you? It is a truly unethical office where you dont feel taken care of, respected, or appreciated. You will truly be a number to these people. Good luck seeing the doctor... you will more likely get to see the nurse practitioner who is not very good or helpful. She leveraged Google for several questions- ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and stress and let these charlatans continue to be awful "medical practitioners."

I literally just left there and the ladies or suppose to be medical staff in the back are HORRIBLE. They held a full conversation as if I wasnt there. Sarcastic. I asked for her to call in my prescription because I feel horribly sick so it would be ready when I get there, which would take her two minutes tops, and she said it wouldnt be called in until tomorrow. Basically letting me know she isnt doing nothing else for me today. Literally wouldve taken her 2 minutes. The nice administrative staff up front was speechless when I told him. I politely told him I see why this office has such bad reviews. He was great. The doctor is ok. But, the nurses or medical assistants need a lot of work!

His PA Tara Wiggins-Jones, is the best. She is very knowledgeable, caring, attentive and she listens to what you have to say. I had been suffering with headaches, sinus issues, and a severe cough for years before I met her. She knew exactly what tests needed to be done to resolve my issues. Now I can honestly say that I am a new person because of her. I am forever grateful for this young lady and I refer everyone I know to see her.

Dr Tomchik has been my primary care doctor for 10 years. He is great, super nice, and really on top of all my medical conditions. Ive had a few quack docs in the past so finding Dr T was like finding a treasure. Staff is awesome. Especially the hilarious and super sweet nurses. I was so scared to get my blood drawn and one even held my hand and distracted me. 10 out of 10.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE PEOPLE. THE MANAGER WHO IS DON, SEEMS TO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENT COMPLAINTS AND IS SARCASTIC. I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT ATLEAST AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE IM SEEN. I HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN THE DR ROBERT TOMCHIK. EVERYONE SEEMS RUSHY BUT YET THEY TAKE FOREVER TO SEE YOU. ITS NOT RIGHT.
