Dr. Kirby is literally AMAZING! I dont review businesses as often as I should, but in this case I really want everyone to know how much Dr. Kirby & his staff have changed my life. And it was completely by accident that I was ever helped! I found Heron Lakes Chiropractic when looking for someone who was excellent with children. My daughter couldnt walk more than a minute without complaining about her hip, plus she was never sitting up straight; she was always squirming & didnt sleep well. I went as a last resort and she felt very comfortable with Dr. Kirby, and her & her twin sister both loved getting adjusted. We noticed a huge different after only one or two appointments. In hindsight I believe she had been out of alignment from an injury at 3 years where she ran into something; the E.R. sent us home saying her nose wasnt broken but nobody had considered her spinal alignment. We were so impressed with Dr. Kirby that our whole family started going; more for health & well-being. At one appointment I mentioned it hurt to lean on my side due to my terrible TMJ, that I hadnt thought to tell the Dr. about. Coincidentally; I had been going through jaw pain for about 7 months at this time, & I was told surgery was my best option by a MaxioFacial specialist. It hurt to be touched even very gently, I could barely eat, talk, or eat, sleep, and brushing my teeth was torture; and I was ready to go ahead with surgery. The truth was that even a gentle feather rubbing my jaw would hurt so I said "No Thank You, please dont try to help". to Dr. Kirby & his staff. But I didnt forget the offer. A week or two later, after another sleepless night when I was thinking I could no longer take the pain and scheduling the surgery seemed the best approach; I remembered Dr. Kirby. I figured Id give it a try. The first massage was painful, to tell you the truth, but I knew it was helping, and since then it was just help with no hurt. I have been going back since and the MaxioFacial doctor is stunned, and so am I! I have my life back!!!!!!! I CAN NEVER THANK DR KIRBY & HIS STAFF ENOUGH!!!!!!

I had the opportunity to go to a few other practices and I realized that Heron Lakes is really above all the other ones. The staff is always smiling and have great attitude. They really make you feel at home. I love that they are super festive and always decorate the office accordingly. In Halloween they did a game to guess how many candy was inside a jar and they also collected food to donate during thanksgiving. For Christmas they are going to raffle tvs, iPads and other things!! I love to make my appointments on Saturdays because they bring donuts and bagels :) they said "we like to treat our customers a little extra on Saturdays". Also, they always have fruit and coffee available. But besides all the perks they have, their work is extremely professional and they never make me wait too long. I feel a huge improvement on my back pain, posture and overall wealth. Keep it up guys!!

Im a new patient here and feel confident that they can help me. Dr. Kirby and Dr. Cohen have taken so much time to consult and care for my lower back issues.I was so discouraged with my previous care, that i started looking around and am so glad i found them. I am hopeful now that i have a real treatment plan. In addition, their facility is state of the art, and i feel like im getting the best care. Theyve even called me to see how i was feeling after my visits, and when they were running slightly behind Dr. Cohen came out himsef to apologize and assure me it woudnt be much longer. The rest of staff, very friendly as well, and i think the best thing has been the reassurance that i can get better with their help, and i believe i can. Im a business owner myself and strive to treat customers the way Id like to be treated, so i valued that theese doctors are doing the same.

Wow where to begin. This place has been much more than any other doctor office. I can not thank these folks enough. Dr. Kirby is absolutely sensational. One of a kind. Words can not possibly express my gratitude towards not only Dr. Kirby and Dr. Cohen, but to their entire staff. Daniel, their massage therapist has been extremely welcoming, kind and thorough with his time treating me. Even their receptionist Idalia is constantly upbeat and cheerful while working with my schedule when unforeseen events or laziness strikes, lol. The entire staff working here are not just employees, rather family that share one common interest-- YOUR well being! As stated previously, words can never express my gratitude. I would not be where I am today if not for EVERYONE who worked here throughout the past few years. Thank you all!

Previously cautious about Chiropractic care, the entire staff at Heron Lakes Chiropractic has put any doubts of mine to rest. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and inviting. Everything is upbeat & positive from the first greeting from Idalia at the front desk to any interaction with Daniel or Josh the massage therapists/Techs. The icing on the cake is Dr. Kirby. Hes like having that really smart relative you go to for everything. He explains everything to you as an equal never talking down to you or admonishing you for not doing 100% of your assigned home care. The entire staff understands our hectic lives. They go out of their way to accommodate their clients from scheduling to adjusting treatments to suit individuals capabilities. Hands down I would suggest Heron Lakes Chiropractic to any & all who ask.

I definitely highly recommend Heron Lakes Spine & wellness center. I came into this facility with multiple issues and did not even know how to explain the issues at hand, however, because Dr. Kirby is knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about, he literally took the words right from my mouth and put everything into perspective for me! And that is when i realized he has experience i need to get well and is the right practitioner for me. Furthermore, this facility has a great staff. The team works closely together and communicate very well together to make sure you get the best experience! Starting from the big cheesey smile greeting from when you walk in to the moment you leave, you feel welcomed, cozy, and at home.

My Chiropractic experience with Dr. Kirby has been fantastic. I had a back issue that got so bad, I could hardly move, A sneeze was enough to give me anxiety. Getting out of bed in the morning was an effort. Sleeping was difficult. I had developed IBS from the stress. I had gone to a Chiropractor years ago and did not have a good experience. I didnt want to go to a Dr. that would put me on all the Medication that they typically give. I wanted a solution to my back problem. I followed the program that Dr. Kirby gave me, I feel like I have my life back. I can now move freely without pain. The Staff are always welcoming. I would definitely recommend Heron Lakes Spine and Wellness Center .. Try it! Youll like it!
