In life people we encounter either walk in to stay or stay just a little while before they continue on their journey. Dr. Elaine and Dr. David are those special kinds of people that walk in, embrace you, and not only leave footprints in your heart but also prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the many journeys we have yet to make in this lifetime. As a previous patient of chronic depression, I can say that coming to Express Life Family Chiropractic has served more therapeutic, more healing, and more effective than any pill that another kind of doctor could prescribe. With their unconditional love, unyielding patience, and very talented hands they’ve helped me cast away old harmful habits and the bleak outlook I had for more than 15 years of my life. In turn, they have supported me in a way that I have gained a new zest for life in the most natural and self-loving way possible. Being under their care for a mere 6 months has completely turned my life around for the better in every sense of the word. Thanks to them, I am a whole new person true to my mind, my body, and my soul. It is both an honor and a privilege to be under their care.

Awesome! Dr. Elain and Dr. David are incredible at what they do. I love how they take their time to evaluate your body and lifestyle in order to custom-tailor a plan for aligning your body and mind. I visit them 2-3 times a week as part of my sports routine in order to keep me in the best shape. My yoga practice has improved. I can kiteboard for longer and feel more powerful when I wakeboard and slackline. I also sleep like baby because my body is feeling great, and that is priceless! Once a month they re-evaluate you from scratch to ensure that your alignment and health is progressing and improving. Lastly, they follow through with tips for healthy eating, living and thinking! I highly recommend that you try them out to see why they are so special.
