Ill be 50 years old in November 2016 so I guess you could say Ive seen just about every style of Chiropractor, especially since Ive moved many times in my life. Dr. Rafael Sierra is a breath of fresh air in a world where we tend to get treated more like a number than a person. Dr. Sierra not only took the time to explain things and show my wife and I exactly what was going on from the X-rays, but he also is perhaps THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR Ive ever been to. Some people do their jobs BUT OTHERS LIKE DR. SIERRA do it with GREAT ENTHUSIASM and PASSION, not only because he obviously loves what he does, BUT ALSO, its clear that HE REALLY CARES. I should mention that PowerSource also has some stretching and massage/vibrating machines that Ive never seen before and these have been very helpful as well. BOTTOM LINE is that IF YOU ARE READING THIS, stop reading and just call and make an appointment. THE CARE YOU WILL GET will be excellent and YOUR BODY will thank you!

Dr. Rafael is amazing! After consulting with another chiropractic office in the area, I was feeling very discouraged. Not only was the previous office uncaring, but they were also extremely expensive and unwilling to work with patients who desperately need care. Upon recommendation from a close friend, I went to PowerSource Chiropractic and had a consultation with Dr. Rafael. Every person in the office is welcoming, kind, and so helpful. Dr. Rafael spent time explaining everything to me and working with me to get the care I desperately needed for an affordable price. Now I have been seeing Dr. Rafael for about a month, and I feel so much better. He told me that after 3x/week for two weeks, he believed that my pain would decrease by approximately 70%. After about a month, I can confirm that I am no longer in pain every day. I havent had a headache in about a month, and I know it is from my chiropractic treatment.

Thank you PowerSource Chiropractic for the excellent experience you provided. I had to seek the assistance of a chiropractor recently and found PowerSource Chiropractic online. Im generally not one to make decisions solely by online reviews, nor do I submit them however this experience deserves my input. I was impressed from the start when I called to enquire about an appointment. Gabbys greeting was warm, inviting and consistent thorough out my therapy. The ambiance is well appointed and clean, and the staff knows you by name; Including Dr. Rafael himself who is truly a professional at his craft. He took time to listen, asked the necessary questions and formulated a recovery plan to get me where I needed to be. It was always a pleasure to going in for my appointments. I cant express enough how thankful I am for the services you provided.

Ive had a great experience going to PowerSource Chiropractic and receiving treatment from Dr. Rafael. After relocating to south florida, I started experiencing chronic neck and low back pain, so I decided to visit for a consultation. Dr. Rafael took x-rays and proceeded to explain exactly what was going on with my spine before giving me an adjustment. It was immediately clear to me that he loves what he does and genuinely cares about his patients. In the world of chiropractic care, Power Source has great rates and they provide even better results. Within 3 visits, the amount of pain I was experiencing on a daily basis was drastically reduced and the range of motion of my neck was back to normal. It has been a great experience so far, and one that is hard to match with other chiropractic offices. Thanks PowerSource!

I love Dr. Rafael and staff! After a recent accident, I have been dealing with severe back and neck pain. The pain was so intense that I was struggling to go about even the most basic daily activities. Through out my process with Dr. Rafael I am now feeling significantly better. I can excercise again! Which is a huge deal for me. All of those sleepless nights are gone :). I cant thank them enough. Every visit here is more than a pleasant one and Bridgette is always so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend these professionals, you will not be disappointed! Even if you have not been in an accident I strongly recommend going to them to feel your best in general. Going about your day with any back pain, aches or body restrictions is very distracting and hindering. So go to feel great and most importantly pain free!

Thank you Dr. Rafael and Gabby for the best Chiropractor experience ever! It started with the kind manner on the phone while scheduling the appointment to the "non-waiting area" where you can prep yourself for your adjustments! #whodoesthatiloveit Next comes a thorough initial examination/education meeting with Dr. Rafael so that you are both on the same page about your care plan. This made me feel very confident that I was going to feel better after my car accident and not so good chiropractor experience just prior. The best part are the exercises that he prescribes right after each adjustment and when you go home to help heal the surrounding tissue and make your adjustments more effective. There is no question who I will refer my friends to for Chiropractic care going forward! Thank you all!

If you want a flexible caring office this is the place to go. Great service every single time... I was in a car accident and was referred to Dr. Sierras office for treatment. Dr. Sierra is skilled at what he does; he will sits with you one on one and create a care plan that is tailored to you. I can really appreciate being treated as a client and not as a $$$. The highlight is he takes the time to educate his clients; he has monthly meetings to discuss chiropractic care in an open forum setting. With these added service who can compete… I have never been to any type of Dr.s office that provide additional services for free because they care. Great atmosphere and good people thank you Rafael, Jeffery, and Gabby very much for all the service and snacks lol that you provided.

Dr. Sierra is the fourth chiropractor Ive been to in the past 8 months, and Im happy to say hes the one Im sticking with! I had been getting adjustments for my lower back, but then also hurt my neck, and the pain was so bad I was having trouble sleeping. My regular chiropractor was out of town that week, and Dr. Sierra made time for me to come in the same morning that I called. Its obvious he loves what he does, hes great at it, and he cares about his patients. He even called to check up on me after my first visit. I especially appreciate the fact that he always gives his full attention and has done more work on me each time than I ever had with my previous doctors. My neck is feeling so much better already. Hes the best!

My mother and I were down visiting Florida last month, after getting off the plane my neck and back were very stiff. I was referred to Dr. Jeff and Dr. Rafaels office. I had never been adjusted before but I am extremely pleased with my first adjustment experience. Dr. Jeff explained every step of the process and helped me understand what he was doing. My neck immediately felt better. I even went back later in the week for another adjustment and a massage. Franz, the massage therapist was very professional and gave me an amazing massage. My whole body felt wonderful and relaxed. The office is very neat, clean and has great energy. I will definitely be coming back next month!
