When I initially contacted Spine Design they were very helpful, but that all changed when the UNPROFESSIONAL front desk staff took advantage of me. When I called I asked AMANDA the person who answered the phone to verify my insurance and she said she would. She told me that she had the same insurance and it should be accepted no problem. When I called back a few hours she verified with me that my insurance was accepted but it had limits (like insurance does). So I schedule my appointment to come in first thing the next morning, fill out the paperwork, take x-rays, and get adjusted by the doctor. When I go to leave they charge me $200! The other girl at the front desk begins to explain to me that my insurance is NOT excepted! The only reason I even came to this chiropractor was because I was told that it was. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When I told her that I was told that that wasnt what I was told she basically calls me a LIAR! Very unhappy with Spine Design and their lack of professionalism.

Summer Held

I have been a patient of Spin Design for around three years. I originally went in because I have rheumatoid arthritis and heard that adjustment could help with flare ups. During the three years I have been in two car accidents and had back injuries. Spine Design has always been professional and always made me feel welcome. My most recent experience made the team at Spin Design shine. I had stopped all chiropractic care because I had found out I was pregnant. Chiropractic care is allowed during pregnancy, I was just nervous. Around my sixth month of pregnancy my back was in pain. I could not walk, sit or lay down with out pain shooting from my back to my foot. I called the office around 8pm and real person answered and made an appointment to come in the following morning. I was adjusted and stretched and with in a week I felt like me again. I currently 37 weeks pregnant and still go once a week to be adjusted. I understand the importance of being adjusted during pregnancy now and would recommend Spine Design to anyone.

I visited Spine Design with my mom in early Dec 2015. My mom is visiting from Minnesota and experienced some significant acute back pain as she is staying with us. My mom is very skeptical of anything new and not so trustful. I contacted Spine design due to the excellent reviews here on Google. We experienced a high level of customer care and service from the moment we walked in. The front desk manager was extraordinarily friendly and the facility looked immaculate and smelled terrific. My mother is timid around men, but she quickly took a liking to Dr Chad for his easy going and poignant explanations of why she was feeling acute back pain. Most importantly, once we left, my mom said her pain had reduced greatly, and she is eager to go back again. From everything I experienced, Spine Design is a local gem to the Jupiter community and Ill keep bringing my mom back!

I have been visiting Spine Design for over 2.5 years. I had some moderate to severe neck pain and the doctors at Spine Design have vastly improved my pain and health as a result of regular visits. Everyone who works at the office is very friendly and helpful. They want to help you and make you feel better and get healthier. They have many programs to offer such as massage, weight management and keeping your back and neck in better alignment. Previously, I never wanted to visit a Chiropractor to deal with my health issues but I can now say I am very happy I did as they have helped me feel so much better. If you are considering chiropractic care I highly recommend you see the doctors and staff at Spine Design, they will take good care of you.

The staff at Spine Design are extremely professional, yet make you feel like family. The true focus is the present and continued well-being of the patient, and they go above and beyond to accomplish this. Im especially grateful for their friendly reminders as my life is so busy I sometimes forget my much-needed adjustments. I chose Spine Design over the ER when I suffered an extremely painful debilitating back injury. Doctors Chad and Christian literally had to help me from my car into the facility. Through a scheduled care regimen, they treated me back to "me" without any pain medication or anti-inflammatory medication. Im so fortunate to have had such gentle, genuine care.

I came to Spine Design because I have had major back issues with my mid back and neck for almost a decade. I wasnt expecting it to be a quick fix, but just after a couple of weeks my headaches lightened up incredibly. That relief alone kept me motivated to keep coming back, and Im on a great track to recovery. Everyone at this practice is absolutely amazing. I cant stress enough how genuine and helpful they all are. Theyre flexible with my work schedule to make sure I make my appointments, and they just know how to keep good relationships with all of their patients. I could never go anywhere else now, and definitely would recommend them to everyone I know!

After my chiropractor of 20 years retired, I knew I needed to find another one. It was going to be tough to match the care I had received for those 20 years. I have now been treating with Spine Design for over 2 years and am pleased to say they are the BEST. With their corrective methods, my headaches and back pain very seldom occur and when they do, they are so accommodating with my crazy schedule. Thanks for all your help. Love you guys!!!

Before I went to Spine Design I had horrible neck pain and I would get about 2-3 headaches a week. Through all of their help and work, I am now relieved of my neck pain and rarely get headaches. Also, my posture has significantly improved. The whole staff is great and you are not treated like a number there. Furthermore, they have 2 really great massage therapists on staff as well. I highly recommend Spine Design!

I dont know of another Chiropractor in the Jupiter area that has a corrective care protocol for the nervous system,spine and overall health. Im a difficult adjustment and the doctors at Spine Design have no trouble at all. I just bought orthotics from them the other day and they really feel great ! They also have Ideal Protein products if youre looking to lose weight .

I see Dr Chris for a couple months, once or twice per week, I feel much better now. I have a low back herniated disk. I haad felt sore after some tennis before. .. I played in a small league tournament last Sunday, and I felt no pain at all. I highly recommend Dr Chris if you have any problems with your posture. ..

Dr. Chad is very experienced and patient with adjusting my 3 year old. I trust him for the care of my son and my whole famiy. All the Dr.s are extremely knowledgeable and capable of taking care of anyones needs. The stuff is friendly and helpful. I wouldnt trust anyone else with our son or our health.
