My wife and I began treatment with Dr. Krauza in November, 2015. My wife was experiencing symptoms she wanted Dr. Krauzas help with, and when I saw there was an option to be on a monthly plan with her at a reduced rate, I decided to join in too. I didnt have any presenting physical problems: I was just interested in supporting my own wellness in a general way. Even though walking in I believed it was primarily my wife who needed treatment, Dr. Krauza was able to take measurements that immediately showed the ways in which my spine wasnt fully in alignment. As I continued to come in for adjustments we kept track of my progress, and I was very surprised to discover that some areas of my spine, which were staying stubbornly "misaligned" despite the adjustments I was receiving, had clear parallels to external stressors I was experiencing in other areas of my life. Dr. Krauza is an expert in how the mind and body are interconnected, and he was able to very clearly explain how these other areas of stress in my life were affecting my alignment, and offer suggestions as to what I could do about it. As I became willing to face my own blocks and inner obstacles, my alignment (and overall wellness) improved. I came in for adjustments with Dr. Krauza over roughly a 10 month period, and through that time this is what I learned about him: he is absolutely willing to take your healing as far as you are willing to go with him (and in fact, I believe that most of the people who do see him probably dont allow the process to take them as far into wellness as they are truly able to go!). He is willing to go above and beyond to support his patients. When it became clear that a block to my progress was connected with marital problems I was experiencing, he took it upon himself to offer what he could to help us address the problem, which led to us ultimately receiving the help we truly needed in that area. He took a block of extra time from his schedule to offer this for us, and he did so because he knew thats what our overall healing needed. When my wife and I faced the question of whether we should relocate across the country to an area in which we would be better able to thrive, which was a major life decision frought with many obstacles, he was the only person to support us every step of the way and ultimately see us through to moving day. For my wife and I, Dr. Krauza became far more than a chiropractor. He was a constant source of unconditional love, support, and guidance through a dark period for us. He is obviously a truly authentic healer and a very special man, and I cant speak highly enough of him. But I know too that part of the reason our experience with Dr. Krauza was so profound was because we chose to let our guard down with him: we allowed ourselves to say to him, "We are willing to take this process wherever it needs to go to receive as much healing as we can. Dr. Krauza, you lead the way." So my advice to anyone considering working with Dr. Krauza is to approach him, and your healing, as openly and optimistically as you can. Can he help patients "get back to normal" from where they are? Im sure he usually can. But why stop there? Dr. Krauza can help you move from a state thats "just normal" into one in which youre truly thriving, too, if youll let him. Dr. Krauza naturally holds a space for this not only for his patients, but with the many people he supports on their physical fitness journeys through Team Adrenaline. Its a role that hes really good at, and which he seems to genuinely love. Dr. Krauza was a very special part of our lives, and Im grateful for everything he offered to my wife and I during our time as his patients. What he was able to do for us was priceless: it was worth far more than the price of admission. If you choose to take your healing journey to him with an open mind and an open heart, I doubt youll be disappointed.

Dr. Steven Krauza is the best Chiropractor, an amazing leader, and a great friend. My first visit with Dr. Krauza dates back to May or June of 2010. I decided to try him out based on an excellent recommendation by a friend of mine. Since I was a new patient, I got my back scanned. Dr. Krauza explained and pointed out where the problem was coming from and why it was happening. After only two adjustments, I felt great. Fast forward a year to the Fall of 2011. A good friend of mine, Coleen, suggested that I look into doing a Tough Mudder with her in April of 2012. Not really looking into what all a "Tough Mudder" was, I signed up. THEN, I looked into it and thought... oh crap. Coleen suggested that I join her and a few others who participated in Dr. Krauzas Team Adrenaline workout program. At the time, I did have a YMCA membership and thought, “Sure Ill give it a try.” After my 2nd TA workout I was hooked and proceeded to head over to the YMCA and cancel my membership. The camaraderie and accountability that comes with working out in a group was awesome. In moments you felt like slacking off, there was someone there to keep you going. Team Adrenaline has been like a 2nd family to me. Depending on the season, there can be as many as 4 workouts a week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings, and Saturday morning. We workout outdoors all year round, so not only do you get the challenge of the workout, but also the challenge of the outdoor elements. Thanks to TA I have been prepared for 4 Tough Mudders, 2 Muddy Vikings, 2 Beasts on the Bay and 1 Run for Your Lives. More importantly, I have made friends that will last a lifetime. Team Adrenaline consists of all different ages and all different fitness levels. There is no intimidation, there are modifications for every move, and you work at whatever level youre comfortable pushing yourself. Dr. Steven Krauzas goal is to make Erie County one of the healthiest in Pennsylvania by 2025. There is A LOT of work to be done…but he is definitely on the right path to achieving that goal.

I was having a problem with a pulled hamstring and I had a 5K race I was doing in 5 weeks. My Wife saw a newspaper article for a Chiropractor who helped some people train for local endurance/obstacle races. He told me that in few sessions I would be able run in the race. I definitely had my doubts, the way my hamstring was feeling. After 4 sessions and along with exercises he had given me to do, he told me I could run in the 5k and did not require me to return for another session. I ran the race pain free, I could not believe it!! He is my regular chiropractor now, and he helps me with my sports injuries and any other types of injuries I have had. He is a terrific Chiropractor… but that is just the beginning. My Wife and I joined Challenge Erie, Team Adrenaline in March 2016, which are programs to create overall wellness. The Challenge Erie, Team Adrenaline has events that stimulated us mentally, psychologically and physically, to be to be stronger. It given us the opportunity to open ourselves up to activities to face our fears, become stronger physically, mentally, individually, enjoying the camaraderie together as a team and feed our bodies the right foods. Dr. Steven Krauza is intertwined himself with everyone involved in these programs, not only being a mentor, but also encouraging, complimenting and having fun with everyone of us in Challenge Erie and Team Adrenaline. I personally feel I have been able to turn the clock back and become as fit as I was 30 years ago. For example in four months I have been able to decrease my pace by over 4 minutes in running the 5K. For my Wife and I , Challenge Erie, Team Adrenaline has become a way of life. .
