Dr. Ballent and his staff are as professional as they get! The respect and care they have for each patient, deserves to be commended. Patients and their comfort come first. I went in with terrible lower back pain, to the point I couldnt stand or sit for more then 8 minutes at a time, due to herniated disks which occurred over 8 years ago. I reaggrivated the disks dancing Zumba last June and have been seeing Dr. Ballent since. I then had a car accident in September, which set me back a bit. With Dr. Ballent and his staffs support and help, I am super happy to say I am actively exercising and dancing the way I love to once again. I could have NEVER done it without his expertise and advise on how to become stronger in order to reach my goal. You will not be disappointed if you chose Healthsource of Palmetto Bay for your chiropractic and health needs. Id also like to add....they are AWESOME with children! I have to take my son with me, who was 4 at the time I started, and they are super accepting, kind, and loving with him. That means the world to me because they make sure we are both comfortable so that I may get the treatment I need. As a matter of fact, my son also gets adjusted by Dr. Ballent as it is a health benefit every child should have.

I love this chiropractor! Its the best one I have ever been to, dr.ballent is the best, he knows what hes doing and he walks u through the whole process, so that you dont feel uncomfortable, and the therapies are great too also walks you through the process and makes sure you are comfortable and the receptionist is super sweet. They all remember ur name and welcome you all the time and makes sure that you are treated well. I had a shoulder pain and neck pain and within the first visit I felt better right away, of course its different for everyone but it completely changed how I felt and I was able to get physically active, i had gone to 2 different chiropractors before and they couldnt help me with my pain, it would always come back and not get to the bottom of it. Here, they told me everything I had and why I had it, it changed my life I feel so much better even emotionally knowing that I can get back to the things I love. I recommend this place to everyone u wont be dissapointed I promise. Staff is great! Even my husband started to come here too and were just starting with his pain and I knw hell get better soon. P.s. They sometimes have raffles and give gift cards out!

Met with the staff of HealthSource and Dr. Ballant at a health fair in Palmetto Bay, I was in very bad pain. I was preparing to run a half Marathon when lower back and Sciatica pain stopped me dead on my tracks. I was on a real downer knowing the race for me was not going to happen, but thanks to the precise diagnose and the therapy I have been receiving I am now super happy to be back on track. I have no sign of my sciatic pain. My lower back went from a ten in pain to a one which represents almost no pain at all. I am now getting adjustments every three weeks, and I do not plan on ever quitting. Treatments also were enhanced by exercises at their office that dealt directly with my personal back problems. On top of that I also received treatments in the science of Trigenics which are what Dr. Ballant specializes in. I never felt rushed and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend that if you are suffering from back pains and many other pains which can be helped by the use of manipulations, that you give them a try. I did and I am now a steady customer due to what feels to me as a miracle. Thank you Dr. Ballant and staff for you excellent help :)

My experience at the health source of Palmetto Bay with Dr. Ballent is incredible. Dr. Ballent has an amazing gift and extremely knows what hes doing. I remember the first time I walked into his office in pain. You name it ,I had it all. Pain and discomfort from my knees to my neck due to my job duties in the beverage industry Warehouse where I am constantly bending, lifting, twisting, pushing, and pulling soda products onto wooden pallets and filling up the delivery trucks doing 12 through 14 hours daily. After the first visit with Dr. Ballent, Ive gotten better and better. I felt so relieved and that put a huge smile on my face knowing that Dr.Ballent has done an extremely awesome job. He listens and really cares about your health. He does everything he can do in his powers to make you get back to your normal life. Dr. Ballent also has an extremely awesome staff, Nikki and John. Theyre both incredible and very nice. I highly recommend Dr. Ballent if you or someone you know that is having pain or some type of discomfort.

I was referred by two different people to Dr. Ballent and Im glad I went. I was experiencing shoulder and low back pain radiating down my leg and couldnt walk very far without stopping. Dr Ballent expertly assessed my muscle weakness and educated me how my imbalances were affecting my pain and discomfort. He talks me through all the treatment continually asking for my feedback. His staff help me stretch and re-engage the brain muscle connection performing the exercises with me. Its great personal attention and Im pain free after two sessions (still some weakness). His front desk is darling and efficient using technology to text for appointments and check in process. The offices are clean and comfortable. I can schedule appointments at my convenience and Im now the one singing his praises. If you are hurting, go to Dr. Ballent. You will be so glad did.

Dr. Ballent brings the gift of book smarts and native intelligence to his practice. He has a thoughtful bedside manner and seems to genuinely cares about my well-being and recovery. Ryan is a talented chiropractor whos amazing skills are hard to find and I am thankful to him for treating me for various pains that regular doctors would never be able to treat. Thanks to his treatments and adjustments, at the age of 69, I could manage to re-acquire a lot of mobility and to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities including swimming, etc.... Before meeting Ryan, I had been taken care of by another excellent chiropractor for 30 years, while doing extreme sports back then. I soon clearly understood that chiropractic is basic not only to get rid of pains and joint injuries, but also for our overall health and simply the only way to compensate the effects of aging and to stay in good shape.

As someone that is on their feet everyday for work, visiting the chiropractor on a consistent basis has really made a positive impact on my body. Dr. Ballent initially helped me out with a bicep issue and has went on to aide with the rest of my aches and pains.
