I was in a car accident recently and I wasnt really sure what I should do regarding my recuperation and what the right place would be to go to, but I went to Icon Medical Centers and they took care of everything for me. I didnt even really know that a place like this existed. I always thought that you would have to see a lawyer then a chiropractor then a neurologist and then who knows who else. But when I went in they explained how everything works together and I saw that they could help me take care of everything in one place. Needless to say that they took care of my physical therapy and treating my injuries and of course dealing with my insurance which I didnt know the first thing about. Ive been going to Icon Medical Centers for about 3 months now and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Im back to feeling ok and they have really made me feel like I am welcomed and even at home. Which is odd to say after being in a car accident. Anyway, I would definitely tell my friend that this is a place that at the very least they should come check out. I think if you just go for a consultation then you will see what I saw. This is truly a great place for someone that needs help and direction during a trying time.

I recently started as a new patient at Icon Medical Center after a car accident, and I have been impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the whole staff. The facility looks awesome, clean and the office hours are perfect for my schedule! Theres no better place to go for your needs!!! Mi experiencia en Icon Médical Center fue fabulosa !!! Lo recomiendo cada vez que puedo . No pude encontrar mejor lugar para tratar el dolor que tenía en la columna después del accidente que tuve . Icon médical Center tiene un equipo profesional A+ , sus terapistas me trataron de lo mejor (Ernesto eres el mejor!!! ). cada salón es súper cómodo ,limpio y ordenado . Definitivamente el ambiente al llegar al centro médico es súper amable y sobre todo confiable al paciente . Si tendría otro problema muscular definitivamente sin pensarlo dos veces iría a Icon médical Center.

I am writing a review for Icon Medical as a patient as well as a plastic surgeon. I had torn my left calf muscle while running and had been treated at Icon Medical. The physical therapy treatments were conducted in the most professional and caring manner. The equipment was state of the art. I was seeing immediately and did not have to wait. The highly qualified physical therapists were nothing but amazing. The treatments enhanced my healing process and enabled me to return back to my physical activities faster then expected. I am a plastic surgeon that performs many procedures that benefit from post operative lymphatic drainage massages as well as Ultra Sound treatments. I have been sending my patients for those treatments at Icon Medical and have had nothing but amazing feed back from the patients about the care and the improved results the patients have been experiencing!!! I would recommend Icon Medical with the utmost highly regard not only as a patient but as a physician as well! Go see them you will be glad you did so!

What a great overall experience! I was in a car accident and received whiplash and back pain. I chose Icon Medical Center because they have a neurosurgeon, orthopedic surgeon and a chiropractor; so no matter what type of injury I had, it could be taken care of in one place. The first visit and throughout my treatment their facilities were always clean, and the doctors were very thorough yet caring and always took their time with me. They have convenient hours, great parking and are prompt in seeing you at your time of appointment (I dont like to wait). The staff was always very professional and helpful, plus they have private rooms so when meeting with your therapist you could talk openly and privately. Its never fun dealing with an injury like I did but I must say Icon took great care of me and in a couple of months my pain was gone and my body was back to normal. I highly recommend Icon Medical Centers!

I was under pain for two years ever after I gave birth to my 2 year toddler. My pain was horrible (from 1-10 being 10 the worst, I was a 10). I had visited the best Quiropracters and Physicians in my country, but no one could take away the pain from me. I visited Icon Medical and my pain was minimized from 10 to 1. They have an amazing staff and effective combination of Very professional and sabby Quiropracter with physical therapist, massage room and the ultimate technology to help heal any condition in my back. Today I feel great and cant be more thankful for feeling so painless!!! After two years struggling with this pain, I finally was able to start my spinning classes again! The staff is really nice and professional and the ambience feeling is like being in a Spa. Cant ask for anything else! This place is really one of a kind! Thanks for allowing be to feel health and pain free again!

I had never been in a car accident and sure enough not too long after moving to Miami someone smashes into our car. We were in need of physical therapy so I did some research and decided to go to with Icon Medical. I am very happy with all of the services they provided. Their staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Their location is conveniently located near the 95s and impeccably clean. Shelly, the front desk receptionist, is so sweet and helpful with any questions we ever had, scheduling appts, or just helping with my baby when he had to come with me to treatments. Throughout the duration of my treatment I had 2 therapists that both provided excellent care and really helped me recover from my injuries. Despite having the misfortune of being in a car accident Icon Medical Group was definitely the silver lining to my whole ordeal. Thanks guys!

Simply amazing, quality service from the crew at Icon Medical. Upon walking in I was floored by the cleanliness and beauty of the facility, not to mention that the free valet was a huge plus. The front desk specialist, Chely, was very processional and kind; after every session she would ask about my experience and helped with any questions I had. As far as the front desk, each person there was very knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer any questions and/or change my appointments as needed. My therapist Ernesto went above and beyond my expectations. He helped me understand the healing process and ways in which to speed recovery. Ernesto tended to each of my sessions with professionalism and knowledge. Im grateful to have been reffered to icon by my doctor and I highly recommend Icon Medical to any one seeking their services.

I was pleasantly surprised at the luxurious treatment I received from the moment I pulled up. Located in a quaint little plaza right off the 95, I was greeted by a complimentary valet attendant. (A little worried about parking when as I drove there.) I walked in and was welcomed with just the right amount of attention from the super friendly staff. I did not wait long to be called to my room. With the perfect ambiance and thoroughly knowledgeable masseuse, I felt like I was floating on air the entire time. I specifically enjoyed the fact that the massage was personalized to my specific needs and stress level instead of a generic rub down. Great place. Taking my mom there in a few weeks!
