Questionable. Though it appears I paid for it, CD Haggerty refused to do chiropractic adjustment other than "clicker" supposedly because I had high blood pressure 160/80. I later found several articles which shows chiropractic treatment is used to lower blood pressure. Other therapy was effective for my back problem.
