I am really upset with Smile Design. I told a few friends how good my dentist was and how great the staff was, and that I finally found good people, because I have always been scared to go to a dentist because I got hurt very badly when I was a child. I made an appointment the other day and I missed it , well funny thing my friend was there on the day I missed my appointment and they were there around the same time I should of been there . My friend mentioned to me that he/she over heard my name and that the staff was talking very rudely about me because I missed my appointment again and also how I always miss appointments and there were other things that were said that I would rather not say on a review, point is I am very hurt, very very hurt by all of this . I also get charged $50 for every appointment Ive missed regardless if I call and cancel or miss it , witch is very wrong especially when you call and talk to someone , and then you call back and they say you never called and spoke with anyone. I wonder if anyone communicates in the office with each other. My friend was so disappointed with them . I finally have a great dentist he is amazing , friendly and just awesome and now I cant come back to him or to this office because I feel so embarrassed. You know I work 60 -65 hours a week , my Grandmother just passed away , mu husbands dad is on his death bed , my husband also just got into a motorcycle accident the day I missed my appointment and my mom is not well because she just lost her mom and I have her seeing doctors. I have so much on my plate and try to help so many people but my self and now this . I am very hurt by your staff. I am sorry I miss appointments and that things have been just upside down for me. The funny thing is this is not the first time this has happened, I over heard them say something about me before when I was actually getting work done, my dads husband had a heart attack and I was really upset and should of left and gone to the hospital but I still stayed for the appointment ,and got the work done. I heard everything you guys said about me that day also . I wish all of you the best.

This is the best place to come to for a dentist appointment, the office is great, very well equipped, the staff is amazing I dont have enough words to thank them and show appreciation for all they did for me on the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed. Shawna is wonderful she is very friendly and a great listener when it come to hear whats going on with you, Anna she is great always always checking if everything was going well and always seeking if I needed anything else, then Francisco he is a great guy helped me through the treatments explaining everything in detail making sure I understood why all the procedures were going to be done, and how they were going to do it. All of them were amazing making me feel very relaxed and helped me with all the anxiety. And last but not least. Sagine, she helped me after to set up my payments and my future appointments. Always understanding that life happens and helped me schedule accordingly to my schedule. One more time this is a great place to go to all tools super clean everyone is friendly, I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. And if you need to pick a doctor pick Dr. wisdom. His name says it all, very profesional and clinical when it comes to the procedures he performs. P.D. They have a gift when you go the first time.

Every time I walk in into this office I know I have nothing to worry about. I can fully trust whole dental professionals. Dr. Vera have done all my fillings and crowns, I never was uncomfortable with her job and highly appreciate her work, feedback, her assistance with any concerns I possibly could have. She and her staff is definitely the one you can trust your smile:). In addition I like the thoughtfullness they deliver to the clients. During my crown/filling work I was offered a blanket, a notepad to listen to the music, the aroma oil. The comfort was provided in full. I worked with dental assistant Ana and hygienist Shawna. Both of them have personal approach and professional touch. Just recently had my cleaning appointment with Shawna and was very satisfied how it went once again. Beforehand most likely Noel will help to schedule the appointment and assist you with your case. Just talking to him over the phone at the time when I was only planning my crowns to get done, I felt comfortable going into this office. Based on my visits he is always on top of the clients needs and concerns. I would highly recommend this dental team, my fiancee is about to join it too by the way!!

Bayview Smile Design is a very "nice" dentists office. It as a clean, calm and spa-like feel. They are not exactly economical (quite the opposite, they are actually really expensive) but as the Confucianism goes, "Good thing no cheap, Cheap thing no good." I love, love, love my Dental Hygienist, Shawna. Shes the only reason why I keep coming back for more (other than the fact that I am a glutton for punishment and I like my teeth where they are.) Shawna is the best, period! Thank you for always going above and beyond in the effort to improve my oral hygiene. You rock, lady! Also the reason why there are so many positive reviews is because they routinely have raffles held for reviews (Example: this month they are raffling an iPad, next month they will probably have a spa package or a hotel trip.) I am not saying that the experiences are not legitimate, but the reasons for frequent and positive reviews are generally for prizes etc. so this possibly skews perceptions. Just letting potential customers know about how things work here.

My cousin Carol had a fairly good experience. Here is an account of her experience while there: "Everyone was friendly, but when she was taken to the xray room, the technician got a little impatient. The process was unconfortable becuase of the way she was positioning the tool to take the dental shots, to the point she got hurt. The cleaning process went very well. And later when the Dental Assistant Francisco was giving me an overview of my oral health, he was very cordial and attentive. He then re-did my x-rays, and he has a much softer handling of the tools, and thats I left convinced that the other technician was rude and less patient. The main Dr. was friendly, but hard to remember his name. The overall attention and customer service was excellent, and accommodating. We asked for someone who could assist in Spanish and they had a couple of people in their staff who were able to assist with that request."

I honestly had the most amazing experience yesterday. The staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Noel stands out to me because he instantly greeted me the second i walked in the door with a smile and instantly made me feel at home (like family). He made sure i was well taken care of from beginning to end (checking on me periodically). The lady who did my cleaning was just as pleasant. She made my experience wonderful as well. Her name was Shana. She kept asking me how i felt and making sure i was ok(with the numbing or pain) along with keeping a light pleasant conversation and even complimenting me on how beautiful my smile was. These two employees stand out to me the most. Overall, I enjoyed my appointment and would recommend this dental office to all of my friends and family! Thank you Smile Design, you ROCK!!! I will be seeing you soon!
