We had a great in store experience but later realized they never gave us a copy of our prescription. THAT IS ILLEGAL. To make matters worse, once we requested it they said they could not give it to us as it had expired. This was less than the normal two year expiration for eyeglass prescriptions. They were unhelpful and unresponsive. We definitely reported them for their ILLEGAL practices. BEWARE!!!!

This location double dipped into my debit card account when I called it to their attention Denial. Have proof from bank still denial I decided to cancel the order and they told me they would put money back instead they went ahead with order now trying to force me to take order, and refuse to give me refund no manager just lies. Watch you credit and debit card

The doctor was nice but everyone doesnt know what they are doing. Also they told me we could get a refund but refused to do so. As well as forcefully changing my frames. Overall also discriminated against us and took all Hispanics before us, even though we got there first.
