After signing in with the front desk as a walk-in I was directed to a waiting area to fill out several forms of my past medical history. As I know this is standard at a new doctors office I did not anticipate this as a returning customer. When I asked the girl at the front desk if she was certain I needed fill out these forms - information they should have on file - she told me that I will for every visit longer than six months apart. I sat in the seating area with three other patrons, one of which had already been seen. After walking around the showroom for about 30 minutes I was called by a staff member. When I walked up she picked up another file and told me that she had to take someone else first but that I would be next. Another 30 minutes went by and I noticed some of the people who came in after me were going back before me. One of the ladies just wanted an exam and the salesperson was pressuring her to buy the glasses there. Saying we "pay for the eye exam". Consumers should be aware that this facility often advertises Buy one get one pair free, as well as other catchy offers. While they have a lot of options for frames there are only a few "name brand" choices. And you will be paying big for them; around $300. The more economic prices offer poor quality lenses that look as if they would break within six months. Maybe less for new glasses wearers or those who are rough on their things. These frames are around $200 per pair. Those that were less than $185 on the sticker looked as if they would deteriorate as you crossed the threshold while exiting the store. Back to my wait. It had now been an hour since I first signed in. I went to the front desk and informed the staff member of how long I had been waiting and that other people that came in after me were already seen about. With no apologies she asked me my name. I told her and she went to the same area that the girl had pulled my file at before, thirty minutes ago. My file was not there however. It was "missing". The lady told me that she would have to talk to the nurse tech and see what was going on. Another fifteen minutes go by and I had to again approach the girl to see when I would be seen. She told me that ALL of the other patrons (roughly 10 before me) had appointments and that I would be seen after all of them. The peculiar thing is that I saw her appointment book and there were only 5 names scheduled during the time that I was there for. I told her that if I was not seen in the next ten minutes then I would be leaving. With no attempts to keep me happy as a returning customer of future patron, I walked out. An hour and thirty minutes of my day off wasted. With no glasses. I would not recommend anyone visit the Orange City 20/20 Eyeglass Superstore. My opinion is that this business is more concerned with making a buck and less concerned about quality care or patient experience and satisfaction. On a positive note I did get excellent care at the Big Box competitor across the street and will be happy to spend my money there instead.

I will never neveeeeeer!! Go thereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee they can give me 1 million dollars i will never step om that store worst customer service!!! THE MANAGER SHARON SHOULD BE FIRED my appointment was Saturday at 5 pm and i was there till they closed!!! I paid $317.00 dollars for just glasses sunday tgey were closed my grandma said i was paying to much called in monday morning when they opened to cancell everything they havent made my glases yet i told them i need my money back they were like we have a NUN- return policy i was like WHAT? I havent even got my glasess!! What are u talking about i went there to get my money!! They were like we have a nun return policy u cant get ur money back ....ammm the return policy says u have 30 days period after that we dont return the money !! I havent even got my glasses done?? They were like ok we are going to give u a $99.00 dollar glases and a discount i was like noooooo give me my money back just because of the bad customer service!!!! My grandma went with me this MANAGER SHARON WANTED TO CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE OF 79 dollars i was fine if they stood with my eye exam money! But when she said 79 dollars my grandma got mad and told her u cant charge her that if u guys didnt even order her glases !! The stupid ""manager """ SHARON started to yelling saying im being nice heere she was on the phone calling her """""" manager""""" my grandma said u guys are not going to charge her that!!!! Give us the money back SHARON said she will call the police yelling to my grandma!! My GRANDMA SAID CALL THEEEEMM I WANT THEM HERE BECAUSE UR THE ONE THAT WONT GIVES US OUR MONEY and my grandma has a breathing problem and she was having hard time breathing and SAHRON STARTED TROWING THINGS AND went to call the police and we here sitting waiting for them to give us our money!!! A guy came up to us he was one of the other manager he gave me a credit so it can go to my credit card because they couldnt even give me a normal refund SHARON CAME BACK AND PRETEND TO BE ON THE PHONE WITH THE POLICE SAYING YES YES ONE HAS A BLUE SHIRT AND THE OTHER ONE A BLACK ONE I SAID OK AWESOME!! Tell them to come!!!!!! To see who looses!! Shes was like oh yeaaa there coming wait on it the guy came back with my recite stating that he gave me a credit and we left.. Were was the police? Hahahaha she was just making all that up cuz she knew they were not coming because she knew she was wrong PLEASE FIREEEEEEEEE THE HELL OUT OF SHARON !!!

First I want to say, when I first came to 20 20 eyeglass in 2014, I was not treated well. The person who sold me my glasses was all about the money. I went early this year 2017 to get a new pair and I expecting to get the same treatment. When I went in I already had a bad attitude because I already knew I was going to have a bad time there. To my suprise when I ran into a problem I asked to speak to the supervisor ( Valerie) Omg she was amazing! She spent time with me when picking my frames out, and educating me on the materal of the frames. After that I sat with Alisha who so compassion, and very well manner. She also is well spoken. She spent at least an hour with me to have the perfect glasses for my life style. It felt like I was speaking to family members there. I went in to get my glasses ajusted and I was greeted as soon as I stepped in. Today, 7/17/17 I just got off of work and had to get my glasses fixed again. It was so wonderful to feel welcomed and greeted. They really made my day and brought a smile to my face. Judy who fixed my glasses help me with a problem I was having to help a friend. She is a God sent because the person I needed help for has gotten the resources she needed for her horse! I wouldnt go to another eye glass place. I will continue to go to orange city location will they make me feel welcomed.
