It is with sincere regret that I feel I must write regarding the unprofessional and discourteous I had receiving from certain staff members at this office. The staff is lazy to verify the medical insurance covers and policy. The manager does not return the phone calls ever. May I suggest that particular employees be provided training on how to appropriately deal and take care of the patients with kindness. I would also like to add my heartfelt thanks to Doc. Diaz and very few of your staff members who have always been very cordial and a pleasure to interact with.

I have been coming to this group of doctors since November of 2016 and I have had very few problems with anyone. The staff is extremely helpful and have always been very nice to me, but I havent given them a reason to treat m rudely. I have had a problem with two of the nurses but we worked out our differences and we have no problems now. The wait times are short, in my opinion but if the doctor is running behind he/she has always made it up to me with the time spent with me. I do not have any complaints what so ever with this medical practice.

The staff has a really bad attitude and extremely unprofessional. If you go here dont be surprised to see extra charges being billed directly to you regardless what they say when youre paying your co-pay. Never received phone calls back regarding any billing errors and when I did get a hold of the office manager in Kissimmee and she was extremely rude. As far as the doctors go they are a glorified referral service. I have seven referrals and two visits all of which my previous doctor treated. My advice is to stay away from these crooks.

Every visit to this office consisted of wait times in excess of two hours. The actual time you spend with the doctor (assuming you still have the same one between visits... as they tend to change them without notice) is only a few minutes in which they barely examine you and then have you wait another hour for the nurse to come in with prescriptions and $100 later you are free to go. The staff is genuinely nice but the management of this office is terrible and for the money you have to pay they could do a lot better!
