Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a poor review of this facility. My son broke his arm one week ago, and since we just moved to town, the attending physician at the hospital recommended we come to her practice across the street from Bristol Regional to establish ourselves as new patients. She said her office would already have my sons records from the hospital, since the Drs from their office are contracted to work for the hospital. Brilliant! The less I have to think of at this point the better. So despite an early appointment time, I bring my 3 young children into the office at the scheduled time for my sons follow up visit. After waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room, and trying desperately to keep my littles occupied, I am asked for my insurance card and to start filling out paper work. Finally. Lo and behold, after the hospital, I realize my husband has my sons insurance card in HIS wallet. Ugh. Well, good thing they share records with the hospital, right. Wrong! Well, good thing my kiddos are on state insurance, and they should quickly be able to verify his coverage by last name and birth date in the states database, right? Wrong! I am told after an hour that they will have to reschedule me. I even offered to pay cash and bring in my insurance card later in the day. The gal at the front desk said they couldnt do it. Really? So then I was rescheduled for over a month later! I realize they are a very busy office, but a month later for a surgery follow up?! I guess they are too busy for my business and to follow through on care for my son.

As you know its so hard to find a doctor these days because of insurance restrictions and red tape. Here at the Bristol location I feel that the staff always goes above and beyond to see you or fit you in. I have the most compassionate doctor & nurse. Doctor Moore is definitely in the right profession he cares for each patient like they were his own family. A Godly man who cares & is a doctor Yes please!! Also his nurse Linda is compassionate and total class in showing compassion to her patients. Love my doctors and nurses!! I am so thankful for each person at this location and the fact that they have an in-house lab too
