Arrived @ 8:45am per the front office when I made the initial appointment. The appointment was scheduled @ 9am & 9:15am waited until 10:15 to go to the back then another hour in the back to not leave until 11am. Not only did the wait make me very upset but it was about 50 degrees in the waiting room, freezing! The receptionist was more concerned about her not being hot and didnt seem to care that the paying customers were very uncomfortable. There was a couple of other patients that complained about the long wait. I scheduled to have a routine cleaning and never received a cleaning, just a consultation. Not what I expected at all since my 2 boys went the day before and didnt wait too long and had their cleanings with no problem.

Rude and unsatisfactory kicked me and my military wife out when we had an emergency appointment. Instead of asking my wife if it was an emergency instead she said "well she probably had an appointment with aspire dental. They are known to use our name." When my wife called the number that she had made the appointment they hung up 4-5 times answering then hanging up, when the lady finally answered she was rude, snappy and refused to let my wife talk to the manager. And truth be told Aspire Dental is so much more organized and helpful. Now I am making phone calls to aspen corporation to let them know how "well" aspen is operated.

Facility was easy to find, clean and organized. First visit since just moved into this area six months ago and went to internet to find a dentist for a filling had came out. I do not go to dentist every year for am blessed with good teeth but at 78 things are getting wore down. Talked with six different people and five were very friendly, polite and took time to show interest in me and my problem. After ex ray and physical exam Dr Williams did work me in within the hour. Their cost I thought was higher than their website posted but did give free ex ray by being first visit. Will recommend them to friends.

Im a horrible dental patient, anxious, and dont take care of my teeth properly. They took me in for a consult then threw me in for a deep cleaning, a filling, and an extraction when i wasnt even scheduled for more than a consult. But they fit me in anyway cuz i needed it badly. They were all kind and considerate, they were also patient and never once made me feel awkward or whatever. I didnt feel any pain whatsoever! They helped me with a payment plan when it became clear my insurance wouldnt cover everything i needed done. These people actually take care of their patients. I highly recommend them!

Very $$$$... Being a Retired Military veteran on a fixed income, $1400.00 for a Scaling cleaning (4 teeth at a #5) is cost prohibited!!! There discount was only $140.00 as a senior citizen??? Im blessed with all my teeth and they are in excellence condition for my age. I ask you, what if I needed restoration work done??? $$$$$$$$ You be the judge...

The staff at Aspen were very helpful and thorough with my exam. The dentist explained everything that needs attention and gave different options as to how to dispose of my problems. I arrived early and was taken back almost immediately after I filled out my paperwork. I highly recommend Aspen for any dental needs.

Very compassionate, caring and they not only tell you what is happening and what work needs to be done they show you and explain to you how it will be done. Although expensive if I had insurance I would definitly go to them for the work that needs to be done.
