Horrible experience. A minor part due to technicalities beyond Happy Bites control but technicalities that couldve been avoided. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. First things first, I filled out the new patient paperwork, was called in, & X-rayed. The doctor comes back with the estimate for the extraction for nearly $700 . So Im upset because Im listening to him disclose what the prices are inclusive of realizing that no one paid attention to the new patient paperwork disclosing my insurance information. Ok. So I tell him I have insurance in which he sounds surprised. Nobody thought to even ask which is very unsettling. So long story short, I give him the insurance card with my fathers name on it as he is the policy holder & responsible party. Im a dependent on my fathers insurance. He tells me he cant run the insurance because its my fathers card and has his name on it. Ive never had a problem with any other dentist or orthodontist when using my insurance card and Im not sure what the problem was on 11/20. The technicality beyond their control was the insurance company not being open on a Sunday to verify me as being on the policy. But I feel we shouldve never reached that step. Nevertheless, I wouldnt recommend this Dentist to anyone. I wasted my time on Sunday to get an X-ray which I didnt need from someone who wasnt going to extract my teeth.

THANK YOU HAPPY BITES!!! I had a major dental issue and this is the ONLY Dentist open on Sundays and flexible with my schedule not theirs like other Dentists. They took care of all my cavities and deep cleanings and crowns in a very professional manner. Just wanted to say again Thank You to Dr. Collazos and his wonderful staff. Im a regular customer now!!!

Great experience I had at Happy Bites!!! Very professional staff, friendly and helped me out with my dental issues. Dentist has a soft touch and makes you feel comfortable. Very affordable, covers all insurances and willing to work with you. I highly recommend Happy Bites!
