Stay away from this facility!! This place over charged me for dental services and once I found out through my insurance company through my explanation of benefits that they had done so I contacted them for reimbursement. It was well over $100 That they owed to me. I explained to Maria I think is her name in billing that I had an insurance representative on the phone that could explain to her why I should receive a reimbursement. She made me wait like 20min in the lobby. I then told Maria that the representative could not wait on the phone all day and that I spoke to her earlier and told her that I would be coming to show her my explanation of benefits. She was very rude and told me they were short staffed. So finally she speaks with the insurance representative and guess what?!! She begins to argue with them and tell them how they do not owe me money!! Are you serious?! The insurance rep explained to her that they are contracted to provide services to me for a specific price and that they need to reimburse me. They also tried to double bill a procedure that was included in another and the insurance company denied it!! She looks at me and says "oh they tell you one thing and me another". She then proceeds in a heated debate with the insurance rep, asks for her supervisor and says she wants the supervisor to talk to Dr. Plata. Dr. Plata said she understood the rep. So then I informed Dr. Plata of how I had a terrible experience with Maria and her attitude and guess what?! Dr. Plata tries to take up for her friend because they were both Spanish. All I wanted was my money and good customer service. I do not recommend this place at all! They rip you off and fight tooth and nail to keep your money. This was not the first time they ripped me off, but it will be the last! They do not contact you informing you that you paid too much either. Get this then the Doctor writes me saying she cant provide me with services anymore. Lol I already had made it clear that day that that I would not be back and had contacted a new dental place when I walked out of the door. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away!

I had the worst experience ever. I waited for almost three hours on my fisrt visit just for an x-ray. After my first visit, I had a follow-up for a cleaning, when calling them to verify the date, they provide me with a date that I have not aware of, when i asked them to speak with the manager. The receptionist told me that the manager was busy and she no longer want my service and hang up on my face... Wow, unbelievable... not professional and nobody showed any sort of concern, it feels like their poor service level is the norm. This is not the way to treat nobody!!

By far, I had the best experience in this office. I greatly appreciated the time that was taken by Dr.Gordon to explain what I needed and was able to answer my questions. They offer multiple ways to pay for any mouth work that is needed and help you with the best option. The staff are always willing to work with your schedule in order to be seen which is great for me.The staff are great! Very friendly, professional and of course very patient!

Dentist Mill Poor Quality. I went there for teeth cleaning I had to pay for a full x ray and then dentist came in for less than a minute told me I need to pay for a "deep" cleaning and the financial person will step in. I paid for it. My hygenist said my teeth were in great shape. They scam you for more money. I also noticed everything seemed low budget. Pick another dentist. There are many others with better quality

If you are looking for a third world dental office, this place is perfect. Old equipment and not very clean. They insist you need work done that is unnecessary. As for me, one visit was one too many.
