I had the worst experience at this clinic. First of all, I live all the way by West Kendall. So yes it is very far. I had previously rescheduled the appointment for my two daughters Orthodontic consultation twice before today. So I had an appt. for today at 1:00 pm. I dont know my way around there even but there was a lot of rain and a lot of traffic to the location. It was totally out of my control. So I get there and apologize for my tardiness and she tells me that the doctor would not be able to see either one of my children. I was 18 minutes late at best. I and my children who are the ones going in to see the doctor where turned away. I did get very upset but with reason. My children are the ones affected by the doctors unwillingness to see them and unwillingness to treat them as patients and not even acknowledge their presence. I dont believe they deserved to be turned away just like that.Yes it made me mad. Is this what doctors do now? Turn patients away? Very unjust. I am very disappointed and very upset that I was basically told to leave and that my kids didnt matter. I wasted time, money on tolls and in gas to be tossed out basically.

This morning I took my Aunt to thier office for an extraction. They have the worst customer service and absolutely NO professionalism. They are offended and irritated by any question the patient has. While I was in the waiting room the clerk was making fun of my Aunt. I could hear all her comments it was so uncomfortable. In the end the dentist and her supervisor yelled at my Aunt because she asked questions about their policy which holds her liable for damage done to her tooth by the dentist. She yelled at her to leave if she didnt like the policy then followed her out the door and told her never to come back. This is the MOST unprofessional behavior I have ever seen from a dentist in my life. Patients are not obligated to sign or partake in anything that does not make them comfortable. I truly hope they someday learn the importance of making patients feel comfortable to ask questions without being scolded , mocked and condescending .

My experience at Nova Southeastern University North Miami Beach campus has been beyond amazing. I am a current patient being seen by one of their fourth year dental students. The process itself does take a while, however, it is a teaching institution so is much expected. They have a very strict cancellation/ late policy and after 15 minutes appointments are rescheduled however, again is a teaching institution if you are constantly running late it does not give students/faculty enough time to address your dental concerns. It is definitely cheaper than an outside practice and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is currently uninsured or is looking for a good dental care facility. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. Thank you for your services and giving back to the community, you are all much appreciated.

My experience WAS AWFUL. Do not go to their dental clinic if you want any kind of service. They will not provide you with any kind of service. Traffic was a nightmare and it was raining so I arrived at an appointment 15 minutes late and they said the doctor couldnt see my two kids. Not even one of them. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Excellent service,actually care for patient .Teachers instill being personal with patients making sure theyre comfortable,being taken care of properly..Go as far as giving patient students number in case anything unexpected happens,thats caring..

They are very slow with service, went there 3 times for examinations 5 hours each time.. and then, wanted to charge and do treatment I didnt need before doing the Crown. Dont wast your time going there.
