My family members have been patients for over 25 years. When I had a severe back strain, Dr. Waldheim showed up at my house. After a young child split his chin open, the doctors kindness and gentle touch had him falling asleep while being stitched up in the office on a Sunday evening. The office is very accommodating when scheduling to take into account my wifes teaching duties at a local public school. While the doctors can sometimes run late, I consider that a reasonable price for never feeling rushed or hurried when its my turn with the doctor. Over the years I have utilized the professional skills of each of the practices doctors, and they share a warm, personal demeanor and caring attitude. I trust their judgment and appreciate their dedication.

Dr. Pursley has been my primary physician for over 15 years. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, kind and takes time to listen. He is an excellent diagnostician and understands hard to find illness. He also understands symptoms with dimension rather than being stuck to the clinical manual. I am a licensed mental health practitioner and have worked with many doctors. Dr. Pursley is a phenomenal MD.

Is always late. Never attempts to let you know that he is behind schedule yet will charge you if you are late or dont show. Terrible customer service.
