. .. Ive been seeing Dr. Kristina Berger @ Lake Mary Family Practice for several years, and Im extremely pleased. Dr. Berger takes time to listen and address my concerns. Shes a very compassionate, passionate Dr! You feel that she actually cares about your health & desires to truly help. She expresses herself well and has a welcoming bedside manner. The staff is always exceptional with their customer service skills. I find them to be very kind, resourceful, & efficient. The office atmosphere is always clean, cheerful,. The architecture is well sectioned off for those who prefer a more quite office. Less stress, more calm. Just a pleasant place to be, if you must be visiting the Dr! Hope this helps someone. Dr Berger is a wonderful doctor. In past experiences with doctors I have felt like a number, not a person. Dr. Berger takes the time to listen to your problems in a way that validates the fact that you might actually know what is going on with your own body. She, of course, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions so you dont leave her office with more questions than you came in with. I now feel that I have a "partner" in the health field that can help me with my medical issues. I highly recommend Dr. Berger if you are looking for a doctor that actually cares about you and the quality of your life.

She shows genuine concern with a caring attitude that goes a long way in making you feel comfortable that your care is being handled professionally, by a knowledgeable and trustworthy doctor who has your best interest at heart. I love Dr Berger and her Med tech Lanesha. My husband and I moved out of the area and still travel to see her. Excellent bedside manner and really cares about her patients.
