Went in as a new patient for a physical exam. Scheduled a morning appointment, downloaded/filled out the paperwork at home, and arrived early to, hopefully, save time at the office as I have a very busy work and personal life - didnt help. Im not holding that against this office as it is very difficult to find an efficient doctors office. Reception was lovely. Monica, ARNPE, was very pleasant, took her time with me to ask questions and explain things appearing knowledgeable, and was culturally sensitive - greatly appreciated. I will be returning to this office because of my overall positive experience. Thank you!

so far so good. I was hospitalized and now need a new doctor. Wife found them on line yesrerday, she left a message and got a call back in a few hours. i called at 9am gave them my insurance info, 15 min they called back Can get me in today at 2. they have online new patient forms so far so good. i had called yesterday and got the voice mail ( which does say 24 to 48 hours to return a call. and they are just down the street more later

My boss is Dr. Jays patient, and I dread having to call this place. The front desk never picks up the phone. I had to call 15 times to get a human being. I asked to speak to the front office manager to mention the problem and I was hung up on. To get ahold of a human being on the phone is nearly impossible. I would try going somewhere else, unless you like spending 20 mins. to do something as simple as making an appointment with your doctor.

Dr Jay Alilin, is a very friendly and professional doctor. HE LISTENS! He takes the time to listen! I was reluctant on a suggested type of therapy but once I tried it, I can tell a difference in two weeks. I had been in physical therapy for MONTHS, I had seen two specialist but none of these had his solution that WORKS. I would highly suggest giving him a try as your Family Physician.

Amazing first experience! I am new to the area and needed a new Primary Care office close to home. My girlfriend gave me the office information and went in off her word. Dr. Jay has a great bedside manner and listened to everything I had to say. A great doctor will listen to concerns and act on them. It was truly a pleasent experience. Thank you.

Poor experience with them forgetting to claim my appointment with my insurance. 6 months later still trying to resolve it when someone said on the phone to ignore future calls. Now I am still being harassed for payment when they should have claimed it on my insurance. Will NEVER visit again, wasting my time to deal with this.
