Lets start by saying I thought at first that dr Jacob and staff were nice but then found out what kind of people they really are thieves and liars and I will tell you why I bought 2 pair of glasses with extended warranty on them for the lens and the lens got scratch right away the secretary mabiline states I have no warranty left when I know I did and showed proof then they still didnt replace them state I got there good dont worry about the then my glasses broke asked dr Jacobs if he can help me out he said yes come by I did and then he fitted my lens in another pair of glasses that really wasnt made for my glasses but it look great and I was happy he was helping me until he took advantage of the situation by charging 89 dollars for the frames so at first I was like wow a lot for a cheap frames but I need them then I saw the same frames on amazon for 19.95 I was shocked so I told dr Jacobs about how the frame is not staying well on my face and that I saw the frames on amazon for 20 and I want a full refund he started yelling at me stating he was helping me and that he wasnt amazon and no one can beat amazon prices thats not my problem as a consumer I have the right for my money back and no back lash so the bottom line here is BEWARE!!!!!!!??

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobson for some years now and even though my Insurance no longer covers the costs of his services, I do not wish to change Doctors. Dr. Jacobson is a very friendly person Who really knows what he is talking and is comfortable with any sort of question you ask him, you can start a conversation with him while he is examining you and he does not mind, in fact he likes that because he feels he truly connects with his patients in that way. Dr. Jacobson has also been in the same location for almost 40 years, now that is real dedication and commitment to the community.

Today I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Jacobson and his staff. I have had difficulty finding an optometrist in South Miami that I have liked and decided to go to Dr. Jacobson from the reviews on the internet. I am so happy that I did. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Dr. Jacobson was one of the most responsive eye doctor’s that I have seen. He took his time finding the right prescription for me and even asked if I had any questions. He and his staff made me feel as if we had been being treated by them for years. They were truly amazing.

Dr. Jacobson has been my parents eye doctor for many years. My mom took me to Dr. Jacobson for an eye exam three years ago because I had headaches at school. Yes, turned out that I needed glasses. I must say, I really enjoy going for my annual exams. Dr. Jacobson is a very good eye doctor, but he is also smart, friendly, engaging and funny. You can tell he really cares about his patients and he treats everyone who walks through his door with respect.

Dr. Jacobsons warm demeanor and professionalism are a relief from the strip-mall Optometry factories. I am a father of 5 children and all 7 of us (dont forget the wife) enjoy going to Dr. Jacobson. He should be called All-in Jacobson, because when you are in his office, all his attention is given to you. You have to visit him soon.

terrible... my daughter lost a screw on glasses was told they dont fix also one of the legs bent they didnt want to help with it. Had to fix in Sears both times. The Dr is great very knowledgeable too bad the service at front is not.
