Very very rude service. Was on the phone two days in a row with staff who were not educated with their services. Went to the office for my scheduled eye exam to be told differently and then told to go back to my former eye doctor . Very disrespectful, and poor customer service , I will never go back and suggest you not waste your time like I did on my lunch break. Seemed as if they didnt care . You would think since its a "family" operated business you would have the best care . Think again . I wouldnt even rate them one star but I had to to write this review .

The doctor is very rude and cocky. I called and asked if they saw pediatrics my daughter is 5. They saw her but it was obvious he didnt like too. He was rude and very short with her. She was so excited about going but he was such an a-hole that faded quick. She cried after getting eye drop and he was very rough when doing them, and basically told her to suck it up.I think its pretty obvious he doesnt like treating young children. I will never take her there again. I wont be returning for my next yearly exam either.
