I didnt have insurance and I needed to repair one teeth that was broken in half only. I got an appt with this office to see a dentist.... After waiting for 2 hours I was finally seen... The dentist was very nice but wanted to replace the whole teeth instead of using a filling which I understood her reason after she explained it to me. Since I didnt have insurance I was to talk to the "financial coordinator" Jackie. She was so unprofessional, was texting the whole time even had the audacity to tell me it was in regards to her kids..... After she was done texting she told me she would charge me as if I HAD insurance.. And give me a discount... She was charging me almost 2,000 for one teeth... Suppose with insurance, I was not convince with what she wanted to do and she told me after she would open a care credit in my name and MAX it ... I told her I wasnt maxing a credit card to pay for one teeth... She quickly balled the paper with the cost on it and told me our meeting was over and I could step to the front to pay for my dentist visit. Rudest female I ever seen working there she sounds like she hates her job..... I now have the companies insurance and have a wonderful dentist office that fixed my teeth with a simple filling for less than 100 plus now I am working with them now that I have braces.... If I was to go ahead and do a whole replacement of my teeth it was a cost about 600 and thats WITH insurance.... So Jackie if your reading this... Go kick rocks with your 2,000 cost with insurance bullsht

My mother was experiencing discomfort with several of her teeth, and on the recommendation of a friend, I took her to Baptist. She and I were both impressed with general ambiance of the place - clean, well decorated, and almost seemed more akin to a hotel lobby than a dental office. The staff was really warm and friendly towards us which, considering the dentist is the last place most of us want to be found, certainly helped in alleviating any nerves she had. We made two visits: first with Dr. Manzur for her fillings, and second with Dr. Anguita for her root canal. The fact that my mother was even willing to come back a second time for the root canal shows how safe she found herself in this place, and I knew she was in good hands. Both doctors were professional but also humane. Ive been to dental facilities where the doctors were either emotionless robots or, worse, judgmental and condescending. At Baptist, though, both experiences were surprisingly agreeable. My mothers doing just fine now, and we even recommended Baptist to our neighbor who was also suffering a toothache. Like us, he came out raving about the experience, and he was actually skeptical at first. If you want a relaxed, well-kept environment where the staff is both knowledgeable and relatable, the Dental Center at Baptist is for you. It certainly is for us.

This is a doctors office that offers top professional services to patients. What sets this practice apart is that it never forgets that is patients are people. There is no Us and Them attitude toward patients. The flow on effect of this foundation of respect is high quality care . Ever present is a sense that those working here feel a responsibility and know the important role they play in their patients health and in their lives. From my own experience and watching others: this is an office with people who have good energy and attitudes to find solutions, in the endless flow of permutations that patients bring. It is an office that takes what it does so seriously that it knows how and when to be appropriately light and laugh. All in all this is an office that is rare these days, it uplifts. It is an office where you can expect to be treated with good cheer. It is a professional group that shines in all that it has to offer -from its people responsible for organizing both you and the doctor to see each other to the high level of professionalism received when you do

I HAD A CAP PUT IN BY DR. SOSA. TOLD HER IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE, IT WAS OBVIOUS TO ME IT DID NOT FIT, SHE SAID IT WAS FINE, SHE JAMMED IT IN, I TOLD HER IT WAS CRACKED. SHE INSISTED NOT. I WAS RIGHT, IT WAS CRACKED. THE OFFICE COORDINATOR TOLD ME THAT MY INSURANCE WAS GOING TO COVER ALL THE WORK, THEY STILL WENT AHEAD AND OPEN A CREDIT LINE IN MY NAME FOR $2000. AFTER TELLING ME THE (no interest for a year story). I AM NOW BEING BILLED FOR ONE CAP. MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO TALK TO SOSA, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CLEAR TO ME SHE WAS TO NOT TOUCH MY MOUTH AGAIN, BUT I WANTED TO TALK ABOUT MY BILL. I LEFT WORK EARLY TO MEET WITH HER AND SHE SPLIT EARLY THAT DAY, WE HAD THIS APPOINTMENT FOR A WEEK. THEY NOW HAVE SENT THE BILL TO COLLECTION AND THIS IS HIGHLY AFFECTING MY CREDIT. NO ONE WANTS TO TALK TO ME, THEY KEEP BOUNCING ME AROUND, EVERYTIME I CALL I HAVE TO TELL SOMEONE DIFFERENT THE WHOLE STORY, IVE DONE THIS LIKE 12 TIMES, SO IVE DECIDED I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE A.D.A. THE STATE AND LOCAL DENTAL SOCIETY. I AM ALSO FILING A COMPLAINT AGAIST THE INSURANCE.

DO NOT GO HERE Horrible customer service. I have been 3 times in the past year, all of which it was incredibly packed and long waits. I then suffered a dental emergency (I chipped off half of my front tooth) which was not only sore on the eyes but extremely painful. I called to see if they can squeeze me in and was told that my doctor was booked and another dentist "wouldnt even touch me." And that they could not get me in until next week. (10 days after the day I was calling) I understand if theyre busy but they were EXTREMLY rude. I called another dentist that I had never been to (Great Expressions) and they took me in that day. Previous visits I sat in the waiting room for over an hour to pay for my $800 dollar (after insurance) cleaning. Trust me. Stay away.

Dr. John Anguita is the best endodontist Ive ever dealt with (I have had several root canals in the past). Because of my previous experiences i was hesitant to trying a new dentist; specially when most drs try to take advantage of your $. But after going back and forth with my gf (whose sister referred us to Dr. Anguita) I decided to give him an opportunity. I walked out of there loving life! He did my root canal within 30 minutes painless and steady hands. He was very detailed in explaining the procedure. And his staff was so helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr Anguita and staff for the amazing work performed on my teeth!! 5 stars dont do it justice.

I have been under Dr. Nancy Sosas care for over 5 years. The staff, assistants and doctors all have a kind and professional demeanor and are on the same page. I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive! The patient rooms are always clean and the front desk stays organized and presentable. If there is a co payment required for any dental work, I am notified in advance before anything is done, not leaving room for any "surprises" Ive experienced in other dental offices. I will continue to visit Dental Center at Baptist for any of my dental needs-they are top notch in terms of service and top quality in terms of their work!
