Dr. Kelley and his staff have provided exceptional care for my semiannual cleanings as well as my recent wisdom teeth removal. Every time Dr. Kelley has treated me it has been a positive experience, especially the surgery. The procedure went as expected with only minor difficulties, which Dr. Kelley explained to me in easy to understand terms, and the recovery has been quick. Im sure this has everything to do with the professional care I received from him. One side of my mouth hurt for a while after the surgery, so I called the office as soon as the business day started, and he was able to see me within two hours of my call. He investigated the problem, but reassured me it was only inflammation, which is fairly common with a tooth removal. He told me exactly what I needed to do, and it has worked perfectly. Aside from the professional care I consistently receive from Dr. Kelley and the entire staff in his office, I find everyone there to be personable and a pleasure to talk to. I have been extremely impressed by the care I have received from Dr. Kelley; he removes most of the doubt that accompanies dental work.

I had been in the hospital with some heart issues back at the end of May, 2014. Like a dummy, I attempted to get up out of my hospital bed and ended up falling and breaking my front tooth off. I called Dr. Kelly from my hospital bed. He had me take a "selfie" and send to him. Minutes later he was reassuring me that as soon as I got out of the hospital that he would make sure it was taken care of. The day after being discharged, I had a consult with Dr. Kelly and his AMAZING assistant, Janet. After a few days on some anit-biotics, I went back to Dr. Kellys office and less than 3 hours later walked out with a new implant in place of where my broken tooth was. My pain was gone in a matter of 2-3 days and now two months later, Im still smiling and showing off my same-day implant! Great job all around!

I am very pleased with the overall service and treatment. I had crown and some older fillings replaced with modern fillings. Be sure to ask questions to understand why they are doing treatments and why they will work for me. I did, but, it was not offered. Text messaging and emails , however , were one way. They sent me messages to confirm, but, never answered my questions when I asked about rescheduling because of a conflict. Again, very pleased with work...so, maybe this is nit picking...but, if it helps their business and your treatment, we all win.

I had my teeth cleaned recently with Dental Center of the Carolinas. I was very impressed with the oral exam and subsequent cleaning. The office is run in a very professional manner and my appointment started on time. After a short consultation, I am now have 6 veneers installed so I once again will be able to smile. I am very excited about this and it was far more affordable than I ever imagined. I will definitely be recommending Dental Center of the Carolinas and Dr. Kelly to all of my friends and associates.

Ive had visits for the same issue. My bottom left molars hurt/have sensitivity that didnt start until they filled them. Treatment has included 4 fillings on the same tooth, sedation with laser work to deaden the nerves, and another refill because it fell out. They cant numb me properly then refuse to give medications after months of pain. Their only answer is to use different tooth paste and keep a pain log. Neither of which has stopped the pain.

Dr. Kelly should not be allowed to practice dentistry!! He has several complaints with the NC Dental Board and other local dentist have had to correct his work. You can phone the NC Dental Board if you doubt the credibility of this review. He deceives people and then provides inadequate care. Save yourself the trauma, pain, and expense of a visit to this dentist. I can not believe he still has a license to practice in NC!

My dentist and staff at the Dental Center of the Carolinas always do an awesome job for me and have during every procedure Ive had done there. I unfortunately am clumsy and fell and broke on of my front teeth- embarrassing I know. But anyways, they were able to get me in to fix it right away. Not even 2 days later and I was pain free with a new tooth.

All of these reviews are fake. They all have the words "highly recommended" after them. Obviously, they were all written by the same person or by members of the staff. This place is a joke and the dentist is a ripoff artist. Dont have time to go into detail, but you can read my other review of them on Yelp. BEWARE!!!!

I am so petrified of dentists and anything having to do with the subject. But my sister recommended Dr. Kelly and he was so nice, and knew how to make me feel very comfortable during my visit. I definitely recommend Dental Center of the Carolinas to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

I had a root canal here but It was done so comfortably that I can barely remember it. My mouth was a little sore afterward but nothing compared to the agony I was in beforehand. I should have gone sooner but I didnt realize that Doctor Kelly and his staff were so good.

I am a nurse the worst possible patient ever LOL! But Dr. Kelly has manage to put my fears at ease and also my daughter and we are for once excited about getting our teeth worked on! How great is that! They made us feel at home at the consultation!!!!! Love them all!!!

I was treated respectfully. The staff went out of their way to fit me in. Dr. Kelly did an outstanding job of explaining what needed to be done. I used the oral sedation and woke up (unaware of my surroundings) at home in bed with far less pain than expected.

The scheduling system still needs some work, which will come with time, but as far as Customer Service and having a great, knowledgeable staff theyre the best! Dr. Kelly is awesome. I highly recommend going to see them.
