I took my two-year-old daughter here for her first-ever dental appointment. As to be expected, I was a nervous wreck, but my nerves were calmed by the incredible staff and overall experience. The kids examination room is sooo cool! My daughter loved the underwater artwork on the walls and felt at-ease when she saw the big-screen TVs playing her favorite cartoons. The staff members were patient with her as she screamed and wiggled away from them, and reassuring to me that she was exhibiting typical behavior of a patient her age and that I did not need to apologize for her behavior. They showed her each tool that they were going to use for her cleaning before using it, explained what it did, and allowed her the opportunity to touch it and see it work. Dr. Tucker was very friendly and professional, and was also very patient with my daughter. She allowed me to keep my daughter reclined in my lap throughout the examination in order to make her more comfortable. At the end of the appointment, my daughter was excited to get a sticker and a gold coin that is redeemable at a toy dispensing machine that allowed her to choose her prize. Overall, the staff and environment at this dental office put this momma at ease about my childs dental care, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist in the area!

I will not take a dead dog to this establishment!!!! 10 minutes before I pick my kids up from school for our dental appointment, I receive a phone call from the High Point office telling me that all of a sudden they dont participate in my dental insurance network. Are you freaking kidding me? THEY tell me one quote over the phone but when we arrive they want to charge me $180.00 each for both my kids and myself. Really? Staff, rude and sooooo unprofessional! You really dont deserve that 1 star!
