My daughter and I have been with Dr Duncan for a little over 8 years. I will agree that there are time when the office is so busy that its hard to reach someone but this is NOT all the time. I have called twice this week with no problem and have spoken to both Melissa and Elizabeth which were both very helpful and not at all unpleasant. I love Dr Duncan who is both conveniently my GYN and Primary doctor, very attentive as well as Marieles (not sure the spelling) who been with her since I started. Dr Duncan is a very liked Dr and great at her job, of course her practice is going to be busy. Id recommend her still to family and friends. I look forward to my appointment and meeting the new faces at the offices!!! Its always a riot when I visit!

The office has become extremely impersonal, Dr. Duncan is great but you spend 85% of your visit time dealing with her staff. Every time is a mission, to start I feel treated like an object not like a person. And the phones, good luck in trying to talk to them. And when you get to talk to them it feels you are bothering them, a big inconvenience. I love Dr. Duncan as well as the lady that takes my blood unfortunately I dont remember her name, she is GREAT...... but its time to change. Really sad great potentiality but TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE costumer service. Emotional Intelligence ZERO! That is not how you run a business.

Dr Duncan Garcia has been my PCP for maybe15 years now. I met her when she was performing her clinicals at another practice. Once I found out she started her own, there was no choice but to seek her out. She is very professional and always has a positive demeanor and contagious charisma. Very intelligent Physician. I have referred ALL my friends and family to her, and I can honestly say, she has made such an impression on them, that they chose her to be guardian of their health. I recommend Dr Duncan Garcia time and time again!

The services professional, if you can reach them? They have become very Impersonal tech savvy, good luck trying to reach them. On several locations when I have called to set an appointment, No one answers the phone and when prompted to leave a message so someone can call you back, I do not receive a call back period end of conversation! Other than that theyre great!

Ive been seeing Dr Duncan for several years now and she has been great! She is always on time and dedicates a fair amount of time to you. Her annual checkups are extremely detailed. She does lab work on site as well as other services which are usually outsourced. I have recommended her to several friends, all of which are very happy with her service.

Friendliest staff, awesome doctor, no more than 20 minute waits. Very thorough doctor. Staff always goes above and beyond to help their patients. The medical assistants are very sweet and the front desk is very professional. Been going to Dr. Duncan for many years and wouldnt trade her or her staff for anything!!

They never pick up the phone. If you leave a message they never call back. Not quite sure how she even has patients. No doctor is worthy of this constant BS. Suggestion? If they dont care to pick up the phone they dont care for their patients. Do not recommend.
