My daughter had been almost 2 years with this pediatrician but finally Ive made the best decision to change. For starters the office staff works horribly. Getting an appointment is pretty much impossible because they never answer the phone. You would need to call none stop about 20 times. Mind you , when youre actually sitting there the phones dont ring so obviously they have it on silent so they might not even hear it. Next the parking is a disaster. If you dont get there at 7 am might as well not even go because odds are thay you wont find parking. Ive had to leave multiple times due to the parking issue. What really made me explode with Dr. Fuster was thay my daughter did lab work and he never called to let me know the results. After 3 weeks I called thinking everything had been fine. To my surprise the nurse tell me my daughters lipid levels were sky high. How irresponsible is it for this doctor not even to explain to me what was going on. I left a message that day for Dr. Fuster to give me a call. Two weeks passed and he never called me. So if it hadnt been for my call I would of never found out the results of my daughters labs. He might be sweet and all but as a parent you dont need a sweet old man to be your childs doctor. You need a professional to answer your questions and give the right medical treatment. That is what he gets paid for anyway. I advise everyone to avoid this pediatrician at all cost. Definitely going to report to to the Florida Board of Medicine.

Im very picky with everything so for me to go out of my way and write a review is rare. This doctor and his staff are TRUE professionals and a GREAT team. As a first time mom everything worried me (colic, constant crying, cows milk allergy, diaper rash) and every time I would call the on-call nurse-whether it was at 9:00 pm or even midnight, I received a quick call back from a helpful, understanding, patient and knowledgeable person and that gave me sooo much peace!! Eventually, I calmed down and got used to the parenting thing but not ONCE did they seem annoyed or bothered at my many questions and concerns! Dr. Fuster is amazing!! He takes his time to explain everything and he is never is a hurry. Extremely helpful, caring, GREAT manners and a very very nice person. One time my son had so much colic and difficulty going to the bathroom that I showed up without and appointment and the office was packed. The doctor still took the time to go to the lobby, speak with me and my husband, ask a few questions and give some recommendations. I recommend him for all babies!!! Best pediatrician EVER!

El mejor pediatra que podría recomendar.Mis hijas han sido sus pacientes por 16 años y lo único que puedo decir es que es Excelente persona y muy Profesional y competente, jamás me ha dado un diagnóstico errado.Gracias Dr Fuster por sus servicios, y la misma opinión tengo de su staff, súper eficientes y amables chicas.

IS IT WORTH IT? Clean, kid friendly environment. Office staff is nice sometimes, office always seems to be extremely packed. The wait is ridiculous. However, the doctor is amazing! He is very patient, intelligent, extremely caring, answers every question, has a sense of humor and is great with kids. Sometimes I am just not entirely sure if he is worth all the trouble but he is a very professional and sweet doctor.

Dr. Fuster was my pediatrician as a child and I am now blessed to say that he is the pediatrician for my three little ones.... I wouldnt want to take my children elsewhere!!! The staff is awesome and many have been with the Dr. for years... Very happy, caring staff!!!
