This guy removed a tumor on my dog and in the process perforated his rectum. He kept real quite about it and kept telling us to give it time to heal, and to bring him in every day to clean the wound. My dog had feces leaking out from several holes in his body that developed from the infection he got because of the feces. I had to take my dog to a different vet and pay thousands of dollars, and several more surgeries to fix the problem that this guy created. My dog has gotten a lot better now thanks to the other vet, whos a real surgeon and not some amateur. But hes still not 100% and his wound is still healing. BIG ADVISE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! PS: the success of a surgical procedure relies deply on the qualifications and experience of the surgeon, something you clearly lack Mr Davidson. 2 weeks on drain tubes, using products to clean the wound that produced irritation on our dogs testicles (causing him even more pain and discomfort) and even sending our dog home right after surgery without an elizabethen collar! These are skills of an amateur. Our deepest apologies if we hurt your feelings. But pictures speak for themselves

Worst Veterinary Ever!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! this man destroyed our dog to make a couple of bucks. While removing our dogs tumor, he perforated his intestine. Our dog got a horrible infection because feces was leaking into his inner body. This so called vet put three different drain tube all over our dog for over two weeks!!! Never did he admit his mistakes and tell us to take him to another hospital where our dog could be treated 24/7. He downplayed the severity of the problem and never even bothered to call to see how our dog was doing. After the first surgery our dog had, this man didnt even give us the cone shaped collars to prevent him from linking his wound. Our dog ripped out his drain tube twice!! One of the times while under this mans supervision! Our dog developed several anti resistant bacteria thats almost impossible to kill because they are very resistant to antibiotics. This was due to the long period of time that our dog had the infection. Our only mistake was taking our dog to get surgery done by a butcher! Take your pets to a real vet and not to this slaughter house

Our family has four Pugs and we have been taking them to Dr. Davidson and his team at the West Kendall Animal Hospital for many years. Our dogs range in ages from 13 to 1.5 years old. I live a fair distance from West Kendall and moved further away three years ago but continue to take my Pugs for their Veterinary Care to West Kendall Animal Hospital. Dr. Davidson is a true professional, he follows up on all of our dogs when they visit, takes the time to speak with us and gives our Pugs the best care we could ever ask for. His staff is amazing. They are always smiling and helpful. The are efficient, fun to speak with and have a real love for our Pugs. I highly recommend West Kendall Animal Hospital. Doug and Kerri Rodriguez

We have a 10 1/2 year old Golden Retriever. West Kendall Animal Hospital has been the sole vet and boarding facility for our pet since he was 3 months old. Dr. Davidson loves what he does, it shows in how he treats the animals. The staff he hires to support his are also top notch. I can see Dr. Davidson picks his staff with care to make sure all those working there are animal lovers. Our dog loves going there. When we board him he goes in with enthusing. I believe they spoil him there as he always comes home with an attitude as he wants us to spend more time with him than we normally can. I can see he really gets pampered while he boards there. This is the kind of place you will feel safe leaving your loved pet.

I could NEVER say enough in all honesty about how wonderful the staff and the doc are at West Kendall! I take the 34 mile, 45 ++ minutes drive for the incredible compassion and care that my fur babies receive. Dr. Davidson has saved my pets lives on three separate instances. His approach to veterinary medicine and animal well being is top notch. His staff is always so warm and caring. They provide excellent support and hands on help. I thank my lucky stars for crossing paths with this wonderful practice. Nothing to worry or consider when entrusting your animals care to Dr. Davidson and all of his staff!

I have two chihuahuas and recently one passed away. I took him to West Kendall Animal Hospital and the staff was very professional and compassionate.They where very understanding and caring attending to us and helping us cope with our loss. About a week after our loss I received a hand written card from the Veterinarian with my chihuahuas paw print on it as well as signatures from all the staff offering their condolences. I was so touched by this act of kindness that they immediately won me over. I will be returning to this Animal hospital for all of my other chihuahuas needs and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have been bringing all of my pets (and some of my relatives pets, stray pets, and others) to West Kendall Animal Hospital for the past 11 years. The staff are first rate professionals who have always treated us with compassion, patience, and promptness. Appointments are easy to make and their rates more reasonable than many other clinics. I even purchased their Wellness Plan for my dog to receive discounts on services. Dr. Davidson provides thorough and comprehensive exams while addressing all of my questions and concerns. I have recommended this clinic to all of my friends and relatives.

We have a Golden Retriever which is now 12 years old. West Kendall Animal Hospital, their staff and Dr. Davidson have been the only place we trust to leave our pet. Since our Golden was 3 months old he has been in their care. Our Dog goes happy there to stay when we board him. Its a vacation for him. We personally have their pet insurance which is worth every penny of it. If you want our pet to have a second home then this is the place. They always have the best interest of the animal and they treat them with love. Cant say enough about the quality of care received.

Our Family has always been very happy with The Staff and Dr. Davidson in particular, over the years we have taken Wrigley, Raven and Lambeau there for regular visits, and he has taken care of our birds as well. They call to check up after each visit, and as Ive mentioned to him, wish he was a "people" doctor, wed love to go there ourselves. They have a wonderful well care insurance plan, and have also been there when end of life issues have come up with the pets. Its our pleasure to review our five start service. The Backer Family

Dr. Davidson has been our family vet for more years than I can remember. Through all of our pets, one thing remains: Dr. Davidson is a very knowledgable and caring vet with fantastic vet techs. I wouldnt bring my pets anywhere else. We can always get an appointment, even on a moments notice. We never wait for very long to see Dr. D, and when we are there, he takes the time to discuss any concerns and educate us on the best treatment for our animals. The techs are super sweet and take great care of our critters. What more can I say?
