The Dr. herself is really nice, though the front staff is something else. Theres a older woman who is usually in the front who is super rude. Ive called twice on separate occasions to make an appointment and before im even done with my sentence she interrupts and has said they dont have availability sounding annoyed. In person shes even ruder than over the phone. Last time I was there I asked for the bathroom key and she rolled her eyes because i interrupted the conversation she was having with another staff member about vacation..

I have visited Dr Capote for eight years since my first kid was born and I think she is a caring and thorough physician. She speaks in terms that you can understand and is very easy to talk to.She takes time with her patients to ensure they and/ or parents understand what their health needs are. The staff working with her is always in a good mood and are always ready to help. I recommend her without doubt

The front desk office people are awesome, always happy to help and very nice. The doctors are great too. The only bad thing is the wait, but its a busy office, so thats understandable. Good experience so far
