Dr. Is great, dark skinned lady up front is extremely rude. Daughter suddenly came down with a fever and we just got approved for Medicaid the day before. She was still on the default plan Simply which they do not accept. I was confused as to why they wouldnt just let me pay on my credit card and she said, in an extremely condescending way, "you shouldnt have money to pay if youre on government health care, you cant have your cake and eat it too." Great way to treat a long time patient. I have been seeing this doctor since I was a kid and now I bring my own daughter. Some empathy would have been nice for a first time mom with a sick 5 month old who just lost her father. I dont expect you to break the law if thats how it is but it could have been explained in a much nicer way.

Rude staff. I liked Dr Martinez, but his staff can care less for his patients. (apparently others felt the same way per reviews) Prepare to wait (even w/App. wait time 1-2 hrs) Also, the staff DO NOT use email, fax or regular mail, therefore they make u come IN PERSON for everything at THEIR schedule time of course. So, if u r a working parent this is not the place for u b/c the staff here think u have nothing better to do. That said my kids r no longer with them.
