I havent even been to the actual office but just my experience with trying to set an appointment for my son was awful. I was told that I would be called back to see if Dr. Martell would accept my son as a new patient. I waited over a week for a call and nothing! I told the woman at the office that it was very important to let me know as soon as possible because my son needed to be seen by a pediatrician before his dental surgery. That if the doctor said no it was fine but I needed an answer immediately because I needed to find him a doctor because the surgery was very important and I cant afford to reschedule it. She said she would get back to me in 24-48 hours and that she knows all about the medical clearance my son needed and how important it is to have it. I waited over 4 days and NOTHING! No call from the office letting me know if my son would be accepted and given an appointment. I ended up calling myself to find out what was going on and the woman who answered acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. That the doctor just got back from vacation (this was not told to me previously), and that she would "check his desk" to see if she saw any information about my son. After being on hold forever, she returns just to tell me that there is no information but that shell let the doctor know as soon as possible. I was beyond upset but I just told her that that wouldnt be necessary because I would not ever come to this office after this incident. I was able to get him into another pediatric office by the grace of God. Sawgrass pediatrics really dropped the ball on this. At least have the decency to call the parents back and let them know whats going on.

I would never recommend anyone to bring their child here. I feel sad even having to write that. We absolutely loved this place in the beginning. Im a first time parent to a 21 month old and have been taking him here since he was born. Our first few encounters were great with no complaints. That all went south when I expressed my questions and concerns regarding vaccinations. I was not educated on them and wanted to let her know what research I had come up with to get some clarification. She immediately became rude and short regarding the topic. She made us feel as though we were wrong to be concerned of possible side effects. As I said before we were not educated and wanted clarification, not a slap on the wrist for not knowing better. Ever since that encounter, all of our well check appointments have been short and blunt. I am currently looking for a new facility for my little guy. I believe if youre in the field of treating children (or anyone for that matter) you should be able to always have compassion. Yes, we know you are the doctor and have the answers but please remember we are all human beings and are just trying to protect our children. The only positive thing I can say is that all the medical assistants are amazing!

I have been going here since we moved here I would say since 06 . Every single time we come here between the waiting room and seeing the dr. Its at LEAST 2 hours. I went just last week as my son had a stomach flu for almost a week. I hesitated to go ... Ended up going .. No one in waiting room and no one in the dr. Rooms once we got back and again .. Ended up being a 2 hour visit. I see Dr. Martell who has a non chalant attitude . Im looking for a new pediatrician this was the last draw. He mentioned We havent been there in 3 years prior to this appt ... Wellll yea bcz I dread going here ! Ive been going to the care spot clinics for physicals etc... In and out 45 minutes tops with the majority of the time with the Dr. Anywho thats my review. I havent seen the other Drs so I cant speak for them and their wait time which I imagine cant be much different.

Dr. Cadiz and staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very comfortable bringing my child here. Both the Coral Springs and Boca offices are run well and I hardly have much of a wait time. I personally have a pleasant experience, from the time I check in until I check out, every time I visit. And I appreciate the fact that any time I call I can speak with a person instead of having to leave a message and wait around for a call. Highly recommend!

Love my kids pediatrician but the wait times are horrible and the front desk staff also... Some of the nurses (about 2) are good, very disorganized office due to front desk personnel. Hoping it changes because the doctors are really good.

Love it here my kids has been going for the last two years, I work in an urgent care so I definitely know... there is no way around waiting times. Dr Alina. Is awesome. Shes never failed to make my kids better with her treatment plans.

I love Dr. Cadiz! Ive been going since my first daughter was born 4 years ago. Hes the best! Love the flexible hours, including weekends and two different locations to fit my schedule as a full time working mom!

Horrible wait times... do they understand making kids wait for long time in the office is the worst thing? And they are doctors? Hope that they experience this type of horrible thing for them and realize. ..

I wouldnt not recommend this office to no one. Waiting time is horrible!! You have to make an appt and still wait 2 hours... you will be in here up to 3 hrs EVERYTIME!!

My daughters love their doctor Dr. Alan Cadiz. Hes informative, quick, thorough, and he really does care. You can tell he loves what he does. We are glad we found him.
