Dr Apontes office sent me multiple bills after I switched pediatricians because of the terrible service. My baby has always had insurance, but they seem to find ways to bill you for unfamiliar charges that insurance will not cover and then when you call to speak to someone, they transfer you to the billing department who NEVER calls back. I have called multiple times and still no response, yet they repetitively send me bills in the mail, threatening to turn it over to collections agency. The money is not the issue, its the principle of it all. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
