I grew up in Weston FL and this is where my sister and I went for pediatrician visits. My sister even saw Dr. Kahn until her 20s. When visiting my parents my 9mo old son got sick and we called to check the price for a sick visit and were quoted $90 since our insurance would not cover the out of network visit. Even though I thought he was probably okay we wanted to have his ears checked just in case because we were traveling the next day. We thought $90 was reasonable so we decided to take him in. We showed up and they immediately told us it would be $135 deposit plus any additional tests. I explained to them that we were quoted $90 on the phone and they said that is the return patient fee and my son would be a new patient. Even though my parents spent over 20 years taking us there they refused to wave the new patient extra fee, and even though I spent 10 minutes with the receptions explaining to her we were visiting and that no we didnt have insurance and that we were new patients (complete with my birthday and everything, she also made sure to remind me to bring my ID for their records), the "nurse manager" said that they could not give us the $90 they quoted us. Instead she offered to have us pay the $90 and then bill us later for the rest. She also offered to talk to the receptionist to make sure that didnt happen again. This is ridiculous, when you are entered into the computer as a new patient and then quote you a price they should honor the price especially since I was a patient there as a child and was bringing in my child to them! I cant imagine the Dr. who was going to see my child would care about my not paying the extra $45. Worst staff ever, terrible customer service, and even though we left and didnt wait to see the dr. it looks like the office has gone down in quality based the last few reviews. Dont take your kids there especially if you are out of town. You will likely get terrible service at check-in, get overcharged, and will have to wait forever.

I came to the PA Weston 10 mins before appointment with my 3 day old baby for jaundice. The place stinks of urine. I asked to be seated away from older sick kids and they said that they put the newborns on the orange bench in the hallway. I dont know what they put in the water in Weston, because there were some BIG newborns (probably 4-8 year olds) on the orange bench. After waiting for 1.5 hours past my appointment time I was finally seen by the Dr. The Dr comes in sick, no mask, with gloves on and proceeds to type information into the computer with the same gloves and then examines my baby with the same gloves on. Before I could stop her, she sticks her dirty gloved fingers into my daughters 3 day old mouth. Disgusting! She said she "forgot". Isnt one of the main things a doctor is suppose to do is help their patients get well, not get them sick? I mean, you spent a decade in school! Sanitation should be the 1st thing you should do when walking into an examination room. I learned sanitation practices in elementary school. My only hopes now are that my little baby girl doesnt get sick with something that could potentially kill her. If you want your child to not get any worse than they already are, steer clear of this place. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this disgusting facility with their disgusting "forgetful" doctors.

Ive been taking my kids here since they were born. The attention, professionalism, and availability of the staff is unparalleled. The staff goes above and beyond their way to ensure all of our needs are met whether it is a sick visit, need of school forms, physicals or beyond. We have always been treated with care and respect. Our Primary Doctor is Dr. Sanchez, she has always been patient, caring and thorough, she addresses our concerns and is very capable. We are lucky to have found such a great team. As a mom of two little ones that can become sick at any minute, I especially appreciate that Ive never been denied a sick visit. They have a large staff of very capable doctors and have extended hours which is a huge plus. My kids love going to see their Doctor, who makes every visit fun. The place is tastefully decorated, they always have a kids movie running in the waiting room even though the wait is rarely long because they allow you to see any doctor if your time is a concern. The lab staff is wonderful, they do a great job of making the kids feel at ease and they decorate the room for every holiday which is very nice and makes the atmosphere cheerful and pleasant. We absolutely love our nurse who makes every sick visit and shot much easier! I highly recommend this place. Thanks Pediatric Associates!

Well, after seeing 1-star or 5-star ratings, I took a chance, hoping my experience will be one of the 5-star ones. Fat chance. Over an hour, waiting in a nearly empty waiting room. Seeing people with appointments after ours, who walked in 15-20 minutes after us, leave after being seen and still we wait. "Youre next", the secretary told us, and yet another patient that was scheduled after us gets seen ahead of us. Now, the waiting room is completely empty, and were still waiting. Turns out, one of the 2 providers seeing patients decided to go to lunch at 4pm. How that explains taking people with later appointments ahead of us is still a mystery to me. Now, we sit some more in the treatment room. Were at 1.5 hours past our scheduled appointment at this point. After an experience like this just to be seen by the Dr., it matters very little how good or bad the actual physician is. When your first experience with a practice is as poor as this, you go somewhere else. This place is like a McDonalds of pediatric offices. Convenient because of weekend and late hours, but youre still getting crappy fast food in a paper bag.

Horrible place!!!!!! Nurses are kids that dont even have experience, the girl that took my daughters vital signs and the other nurse that came in before the doctor both graduated with my daughter in 2014 and last time I checked it takes more than a year to become a registered nurse! There were no nurses even supervising them!! And then Dr.Khan was super rude and condescending and made us wait an hour when there was only one other patient in the facility. When she came in she dismissed everything I was worried about that my daughter might have and just sent me home without even prescribing her antibiotics or giving her something at the clinic when my daughter had a fever of 102 and has an irritated throat. I have daughters in medical school that know more than the doctors there because one year ago my daughter broke her finger and the doctor there told her it was nothing after he had to ask for the nurses help to find out what the X-ray showed and then we went to the ER and it was broken! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND SHOULD NOT BE EVEN RUNNING!
