I wanted to like this Doctors office. Shes down the street from me, in my insurance provider network and has great reviews! Sadly when I called to make the appointment this morning the receptionist was curt and unaccommodating. She said that the Dr. Bach couldnt see me until the end of August!!! I informed her that Ive had cold symptoms for over a month and she didnt seem to care. I asked her if she could refer me to another Doctor in the area, she simply said "No". Its sad to see this poor level of customer service displayed in medicine. I can understand that the doctor is booked for a few months, but dont be so cold and callous! Tip for the receptionist: You are the first face and voice of the office.. LIGHTEN UP!!

She is absolutely the greatest. Takes time to listen to patients, doesnt rush them through visits. Practices evidence-based medicine without piling on extras to build up billing. And her office works smoothly -- patients are taken to an examining room soon after they appear in the waiting room. Ive recommended her to plenty of friends and never heard a complaint.

Outstanding. Dr. Bach is thorough. Shes a great listener and conveys a genuine sense of concern. She keeps up to date on best practices. Her office is extremely well run and I have never encountered the kinds of delays I have experience in other medical practices. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My wife had a problem with her mgr.over 5 years ago I think She is a fantastic dr. Her website says she. Is taking on new patients but her people told me SHE SAID she Was not taking on new patients.
