From the initial phone call to the entire visit , the only thing I can say is TOP NOTCH FIRST CLASS. Having just moved to the area from Los Angeles , we were looking for a VET who could meet the level of care of a large city; but with a small town heart and friendly approach. We have found it here, and I was really surprised at the modern "up to date" and attractive offices and facility that BEACHWOOD has. Dr. Jackson really knows her stuff and SO does her staff ( seriously, her tech was so smart and confident my wife and I thought she was the Vet at first:_) They really work as a family over there and you can tell they all like each other ( nothing worse than going into an office or business and picking up on the inter-office non sense). I was honestly impressed, and will refer EVERYONE I know that comes to need a quality VET and OFFICE from puppies to goldfish. BEACHWOOD ROCKS!

The experience I had at the clinic was excellent. The staff and Dr. Bailey were extremely caring and sincere. I brought in my new puppy for her first shots and to ask some questions on training. I received a puppy pack with guidelines, samples of food and flea preventive. Dr. Bailey took a look at her and did an overall physical as well as showed me how to have "Dog talk" in which teaches your puppy to respect you as the pack leader. I will be returning for her booster shots in 2 weeks and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pet!!

My dog got very sick and when I called her PREVIOUS vet, they wouldnt see her for three days. (Never attempted to work her in.) I phoned Beachwood and they got her right in. (My dog had never been there ) They discovered that she had a blockage that was very serious. Dr. Hanna performed surgery on my dog that night. Saved Gracies life, I am sure. The entire staff is incredible and Dr. Hanna will forever have my thanks and gratitude. Gracie and I love BEACHWOOD.

My baby Roxie was miserable itching, breaking out, and blistering from allergies. I had taken her to another vet and she was on allergy medication but it apparently didnt work. When I called to get her seen again they were not able to see her. I called the Beachwood Clinic, they saw her immediately and administered an injection and she was symptom free within minutes. The staff was very caring and I am so happy we found them. Thank you.

Great clinic. I highly recomend them. Took my dog there for minor surgery and teeth cleaning. They were very attentive and did excellent work on her. She was in and out quickly, which made her and me very happy. (She doesn;t like being away from home and gets anxious at vets).They were thorough in her exam and surgery and did an excellent job. Shes happy and healthy again. Thanks to everyone at Beachwood!

When I moved to NSB, I made an appointment on recommendation with this Veterinanrian and was extremely pleased with Dr. Jackson and the whole staff. My dog loves going to the doctor now! You can tell that the whole staff truly loves animals and strive to make the appointments a good experiences for everyone. We took our dog here when she got sick while we were on vacation in NSB. Dr. Jackson and her team were great. They stayed two hours after closing-time to make sure our dog was stable. The next day they kept her for observations for nearly an entire day. I was very happy with the service we got at Beachwood.

Takes some time to get back to the exam room but once in the visit was very efficient. Dr Hanna was great, spoke in a language that I understood, not all medical terms. The tech was also great, seemed to be very compassionate about animals even my old little pug. Definitely would recommend.

This place is so fantastic! We were traveling when we noticed a HUGE tick on our dog. I called, they fit us in, took it off and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Super friendly, so helpful and we didnt even lose a minute of our travel time.
