The staff here is awesome! We brought our cat here after our usual vet, the Animal Medical Hospital on Monroe quoted us a very high price for the services our cat needed. I am so happy we found this place! They were extremely helpful and even stayed late on a Friday night so that my cat could be seen! This is a family run business and you can really tell that they care and love what they do. Dr Matthew talked us through everything thoroughly and made sure we understood our cats situation, which I appreciated as we often are rushed through this process at another vet and felt uninformed.I felt totally comfortable leaving my cat in their care for four days. We were given updates twice a day by phone from Dr Matthew himself, which we appreciated a lot! They even monitored my cat for an extra day at no cost just to be sure he was okay. They are honest in their pricing, and reasonable! My past vet quoted me $1000-$3000 for the services we needed, and here we only paid $600, for comparison. We will definitely be coming back! I would HIGHLY recommend Archdale Animal Hospital. Switched from another vet in the Steele Creek area to here for a second opinion and Archdale gave us options that the previous vet did not, which are working great for our boxer! They are very accommodating, keep you informed and both their prescription food and online store prices are extremely reasonable (and much cheaper than other places!). The small office feel is great and you get the feeling that Dr. George and the staff cares about your pet just as much as you do.

I cant speak highly enough about Archdale Animal Hospital. My dog had surgery to remove an unknown item from her stomach. Turns out it was an industrial staple that punctured through her stomach into her pancreas. The surgery was successful and the vet slept at the hospital to check on Susie Q every couple hours. We were also given constant updates through the weekend by the vet himself. This is not a rare example as my dog has constantly been treated like an important member of the family.

Thanks to the dedicated work of this wonderfully talented team, our dog was saved and diagnosed for a disease that no other vet has even considered. They are kind, compassionate and Dr. George will take all the time in the world to explain exactly what is happening. I truly believe if we had gone anywhere else, our dog might not be with us today. The team clearly loves what they do and I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Brought my cat here for the first time a few days ago for routine shots. Very happy with the experience from the front desk to the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the very short wait time. The vet, Dr. George, was professional, informative, and friendly. The cost was average, and I believe everything they recommended was in the best interest of my cats health. I will definitely continue using this vet clinic.

It is a small business with extremely nice staff. They have very accomodating hours for those of us who work. And they dont charge an arm and a leg (and a tail) for services. Ive been to a lot of vets in Charlotte over the past 20 years, and most of them have been good. However, this is the one Im going back to for my next visit. Small town service in a big city.

I love Archdale Animal Hospital. They treat your pet like their own. Dr. George is willing to go through any and every question you have. If there is an issue he works with you to find the best option available to you. Every time you bring your pet its the same people so there is consistency. I cant imagine a better vet! The prices are completely reasonable!

My mom and I have been going to Archdale for YEARS. 18 to be exact. They are a great, caring staff, and they do not overcharge for medication. Some tasks like haircut, nail-clippings, and other types of grooming are pricier here. However, as a general vet for check-ups and diagnostics, I highly recommend Dr. George and his clinic.

Great facility: Dr. George and his staff are wonderful and care. Another plus is that it is walk-in only, and they can give you an estimate of how much this visit is going to cost before you and your pet see the doctor. And their prices are fair.
