This is the 2nd time I have had to use this facility because it is very near my home. I call to schedule appointments and get thrown on hold before I can get a word out. This time its been 12 minutes on hold. I hung up and was put back on hold again for over 5 minutes before I hung up again... Now, I call back for a 3rd, 4th, and 5th call, and it goes directly to a voicemail... There are much better locations out there... Physical Therapists are everywhere, the OFFICE STAFF is what makes this office terrible...

I received a order from my doctor stating I needed physical therapy I came across this clinic on google, I called and was greeted warmly on the phone and they gave me a appointment on the spot I was helped by a nice young lady on the phone named Juli, then I had to call again to change cancel due to a family emergency later was helped by another young woman named Melinda, Very easy and they answered all my questions.

I use Cora North Dade for my physical therapy. I highly recommend! Very speedy service great appointment availability, and they have great customer service! The Physical therapists are great, and every technique that Ada did with me was extremely safe, I got a great workout, and I also managed to shed a few pounds as well! :) Cora north dade was a great choice for me!

Love this place! The staff is very professional & tentative! Before I started my theraphy I could hardly walk! After only 4 session Im beginning to better! Everyone greets you with a smile, even the receptionist. And Ive never waiting no loner than five minutes or less for my scheduled appointment!!! Highly recommend!!

No Idea how did they get 4.8 stars. I keep calling 2 days straight multiple times a day to set up an appointment and no one answers the phone. it goes to voice mail. how can you run the physical therapy office and have no one answering the phone no matter how many times you call and what time. horrible customer service.

I had a very great and positive experience here, I was coming for my knee, I had a total knee replacement and the staff helped me recuperate. Not only Is the front desk helpful and fast but very nice as well the referral process was a breeze. Highly recommend this place great therapist an people!

Spent the last several months in physical therapy at CORA North Dade. My Dr said it would be approx 14 months to return to work and with their help I was able to get back in 5.5 months! Great caring staff with willingness to help as long as you go in ready to get better! Highly recommended!

CORA!!! What can I say? I love this place and all the therapists! These guys know PT and without them, my knee wouldnt be the same! Every time I come in, I bring a few pastries for the crew! They love it! Guys, if you want your body fixed, this is place for you!
