I saw David upon a family members recommendation once when I was on vacation in Miami because I had chronic lower back pain for over a year due to a car accident and felt that I was out of options and would try ANYTHING. I couldnt sit or stand for more than an hour without excruciating pain. I went from an active lifestyle to thinking I would be essentially disabled for life. I had gotten MRIs, xrays, seen pain doctors, orthopedic surgeons, acupuncturists, PTs, massage therapists, etc. and nothing gave me any relief. After that first session, I was pain free for a full week--something that hadnt happened in a year! I went home to Charleston, South Carolina and booked David for 5 days in a row and flew down a month later JUST to get treatment. I have seen 6 doctors/specialists/PTs etc. and have been unable to get a correct diagnosis or treatment that relieved my pain. David correctly diagnosed me on day 1. DAY 1! By day 3 I was off my prescription meds for the pain. By day 5, I was pain free and left Miami with a full treatment plan, exercise and stretching routine, and the belief my life could finally get back to normal! My last visit with David was over 10 days ago and Im still pain free. I cannot thank David enough for giving me back my life!

Best Miami Beach physical therapy experience EVER!! Ive been to a handful of physios and physical therapists to help with back/ neck/ arm pain, and a cervical herniated disk. My experience with Dave has been a night and day difference from anyone else I went to. He LISTENED to me, took more than the usual time to understand my injuries and my prior treatment options. Instead of giving me more of the same treatments, he decided to take a new approach. My only regret is I wish I would have found Dave when I first sought out physical therapy after my injury. Im now 5 weeks post surgery on my neck, and every single time I see him, I see improvement! From the manual manipulation, to the strength exercises, and the stretching, Dave does it all. Its effective and efficient. I could spend less $$ and go to a physical therapist in my insurance, or I could go to Dave, spend a little more $$, and see results and get on with my life so I can do the things I want to do (run, jump, and play). Best physical therapy Miami Beach!

Not only was David instrumental in helping me gain strength, conquer pain, get my range of motion back, and start dancing again, he also helped motivate and encourage me in my recovery. After a difficult ballet injury, a friend recommended David Barouches practice at Anatomy Physical Therapy. Starting with a thorough initial consultation, David tailored a holistic program that would get me back to the barre through a series of office sessions and at-home exercises. David knowledgeably walked me through how I initially injured my leg, how we could heal it, and how I can avoid injuring it again, by instilling valuable tools for physical wellness and rehabilitation. After 5 or 6 sessions, I felt completely back to normal, and after the 8th and final session I felt stronger and better than before my injury. On top of all that, David is a very friendly and warm-hearted professional. I recommend Anatomy Physical Therapy to everyone who suffer from injuries or long-term muscle aches!

The best boutique PT in South Florida without a doubt. The combination of David`s professional training, empathy, natural intelligence about the way the body functions and his intuitive knowledge helped me recover from a long and painful sport injury. When another of David´s patients mentioned that David creates the "best Orthotics in the universe" I did not believe it until I had one made for me.In addition to his skills, David really cares about each one of his patients. BEST EVER Physical therapist!!!! In the past couple of years, David Barouche has worked on our familys ailments (Fractured wrist, broken arm, Veritgo (cured in one session), upper and lower back issues, neck kinks and plantar fasciitis) writing this I say "Oy, sounds like were falling apart!" Lol but seriously speaking Mr Barouche has worked on our 8 year old up to my 70 year old mom and David Baruche has fixed all our ailments and given us exercises to prevent them from happening again. Perhaps its because he studied in Australia and/or just been blessed with curing abilities but he is the best!❤️

Dont think twice. This has been the most productive physical therapy experience for me. Over the course of treatment, David has pinpointed my issues and their causes while recommending effective changes that I have easily implemented in my daily life. He is smart, thoughtful, and explains the scientific basis of my physical symptoms so clearly that I can accordingly modify my routine and my fitness regimen with an incredible understanding of the rationale behind any modifications. I am from Toronto Canada and was on holiday in Miami in December. I was suffering from a pinched muscle in my thigh was became worse from the flight. I thought that I would attend to it when I returned home but the pain became increasingly severe. A friend recommended David and I was grateful that he could see me at such short notice. Inspiring !!! A great professional; David is utmost knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand/study in depth the issues and devotes thoroughly, hands on, in the healing process. He truly partners throughout the treatment and takes every opportunity to explain/better his patients potential. David gives personal attention and its obvious he loves what he does. He corrected my hip and knee pain with foot orthotics he made with his computer scanner and milling machine he makes the orthotics himself which is a big plus. He also does body work too if needed.
