This place is horrible...my child needed a prescription and they gave me 2 when I went to the pharmacy only 1 went through and the other needed reauthorization so the Dr office needed to call the insurance company...its been over 2 months and I still have not heard anything from the Dr office. I even went out of my way to drop off the form the pharmacy keeps faxing them because they cant even get ahold of them(it was about 2 weeks in). The pharmacy said the office will not return there calls. Over 3 months later the Dr office calls me and the lady was just hired wanted to know about the preauthorization and asked about our insurance. They said they dont have our insurance in the system and thats why it has taken so long. If that was the case how was our visit covered and how did the first perscrition get covered. She was making excuses and said she does not work with Dr Garcia and she does her own thing so she will get this problem fixed when they have time to get to it. Well what about the prescription my daughter is in need of? She has had this skin issue for over 3 years and they didnt really even tell us much about it and just wanted us to use the cream perscribed...well if thats the case why dont you all get it authorized so she can use it? She is stuck with this skin issue and they cant get to her preauthorization issue because the Dr does her own thing , the lady is new and has no idea whats going on, and obviously my 6 yr old child means nothing but more dollars in their pockets...dont go there. You should find a place that actually cares about the people and not the money!

I really do not want to leave any star, but I guess there is no option. Horrible experience with the front desk. Several years ago I went there, but I had to leave since they kept me wait over hour to get to see the doctor. I gave it another chance this July, but I so wish I have not done that. Professional stuff was nice but the front desk will ask you to pay for the service even thou you have the insurance. Of course you do sing the paper that you are responsible for the payment, but even you provide them with the insurance card they will collect the money from you on the day of your visit. Every office I go to never collects for service that same day. They always bill the insurance company first. This office staff makes you feel like you are bad person if you trying to explain them that the insurance will pay. I had service on 07/21/16 and had to pay on that day. My insurance paid them on 7/26/16 and as of today 8/15/16 no credit back on my Credit Card that they charged. Two times I called the manager. I have provided my name, birth date and the phone number to reach me, but no calls back. Please do not go to this office! There is plenty more to choose from in this area. I will never go back there again.

Im on acutane so I have to get a blood test every month and have an appointment. I recently had bad cystic acne. And the medicine has been working slowly but surely. The bad part about this whole experience is the staff. I needed a script to be faxed to quest diagnostics which they said they would take care of. The first time I went in the morning they hadnt sent it, so I called and they said they would. The same day I went in late afternoon and they still hadnt sent it in. So we kept them on the phone till they apparently did but it was supposed be fasting so we went the next morning and they had STILL not faxed it even though they said they did. After 4 trips to quest they finally sent the script. The next day I went for my appointment because my blood test is required to be the day before my appointment. I got there and they said that they needed to reschedule me for 11:30 when I got there at 8. Keep in mind it takes me 45 minutes to drive here. Then they tried to tell us the whole thing wasnt their fault but yet they want to act rude and not work with you on anything. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Go somewhere else.

I was almost discouraged to take my son here by the amount of negative reviews but I took a leap of faith and I was very pleased. The amount of time to wait for your turn is long but if you go with this in mind and take stuff to keep you occupied it isnt so bad. Once we were inside, they were fast and professional. The Dr was super friendly and the staff were friendly as well. While they do ask for the copay when you get there, you have to remember that it is their policy. My son needed a biopsy done and the doctor explained in detail what to expect and was patient with our questions. They called 2 weeks later with the results and all was well. I guess you should give them a chance like I did and know what you are to expect before hand.

Dont waste your time with this office. My appointment was at 2:05 pm. It is now 3:20 and not only am I not seeing the doctor (Maria Garcia-Cordona) because shes a no- show but I havent been seen by the physician assistant either. While waiting, 3 other patients were rescheduled. Redicuolous to have to wait an hour and 26 minutes to see a doctor. Go somewhere else.

They demand payment for service on the day of your appointment even if you have insurance, so I gave em my credit card and insurance info. 8 days ago they got paid by the insurance co. 6 days ago I called asking for my credit card to be refunded. Still isnt. I get that the insurance cos dont pay the Doc but why do I have to fight to get my money back from the Doc?

The physicians here are professional. The staff is polite and respectful. Sure, you have to pay up front and sure, there may be a wait time. However, in my experience, what medical specialists office is there NOT a copay or wait time. This place is fantastic.
