On Monday I had to put my 4 year old cat to sleep due to late stages of kidney failure. In 2015 I took my cat Ava to the BANFIELD and she was diagnosed with a UTI, given antibiotics and sent home. HER NEW VET asked me if she ever had kidney issues and I said she had UTI a few years back. I save all my pets lab work and Im looking at her urine and blood results from that vet visit. EIGHT EIGHT EIGHT!!!!!! 8 of those lab results that are affiliated with her kidneys SHOWED ABNORMAL!!! Some were even OFF THE CHART! I trusted that vet! They could have made me aware of my cats health and I could have prolonged her life with different food and medication. Instead they diagnosed her with a "UTI and keep her away from my other cat who eats a lot." My poor baby is gone now, 4 short years of life that could have possibly been longer. I AM SICK OVER THIS!!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD A PET WHO SUFFERED FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO BANFIELD!!!!!!

I have 4 Pomeranians and our recent addition, a rescue, we believe to be a 4 month old Shepherd/Husky mix. My eldest Pom is a female, near 13 years old and has been in the care of Dr. Massman since she arrived in our home, at 8 weeks. We have always received outstanding care for our pets, and, with the luck of the draw, there have been several "close calls." Banfield JB has always taken care of the problem, or pointed us in the right direction if specialization was required. This crew goes out of its way for customers, and I must say, if you are having a hard time with their customer service, perhaps you should take a look in the mirror.

After 9 months of visits and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars in office visits, tests and medication, they could not cure my dogs on-going ear infection, and nearly cost my dog his hearing. One visit to a regular veterinarian and $150 cured him. I will never trust them again.

Weve been bringing our 12 year old Cocker Spaniel there since we moved to the area 2 years ago. All the staff and vets have been fabulous with him, making sure hes comfortable and well cared for in his senior years with numerous health issues. Thank you!
