I have used a vet from this office for approximately 3 years. I was drawn to the office for its "house calls" appointment. It was always a slow turn around getting the doctor to come out and see my dog but I figured since it was a house call I would not make an issue of it. But then came the day when I was forced to physically take my dog in to the office. I soon realized that not only was the house call vet unprofessional the whole office staff was. I don’t know about others but my dog is like my child and if I call my childs pediatrician expect the courtesy and PROFESIONALISM of a call back and a follow up if the patient is sick or worse yet undergoing surgery. I got neither from All Friends Animal Clinic. I was told "someone will call" and two weeks later someone did with no answers to my questions. No one knew the results of my dogs test results and the vet himself "assumed" the operation had gone through but never bothered to follow up with the clinic to verify or with me to ensure all had turned out ok. If he would have he would have learned that the appointment was never set by the clinic, no operation had taken place and the dog still had a severe ear infection because his office never called me to tell me the medicine was ready for pick up. I was treated like dirt when I called them on it and told to find another vet. They did not give me my dogs test results and refused to provide the medication for his infection that was supposedly already waiting to be picked up.

Dr. Gallo and his staff were very professional and extremely helpful. They took care of my dog that I rescued froma high kill shelter and they did an awesome job. I was so pleased with their services that I brought my other two dogs as well. We have never been in an office where the doctor focuses and you and your pets. That quality is hard to find now a days. I would not go anywhere else. All Friends Animal Clinic has my full respect because they really do care about your pets and their needs. They are very affordable and always give you class A service! Thanks Dr. Gallo and staff! I will continue to recommend all my friends and family members your way! Blessing to you all and keep up the great work.

I wish I could say good things about this doctor, however I cannot. This man was unable to properly diagnose my 8 week old puppy with Parvovirus. Instead he believed the dog had swallowed something. In the 3 days that he was treating the dog for having swallowed something, he could have been treating the dog for Parvovirus, which unfortunately ended up killing the puppy. Its incredible that a man of this profession was unable to diagnose an 8 week old puppy with the most common virus that affects 8 week old puppies. Id also like to add that the prices are a bit ridiculous.. Needless to say, we will never go back to see Dr. Bernal nor do I recommend him to ANYBODY.

I dont usually write many reviews, but All Friends Animal Clinic is definitely one of the best veterinary clinics in Weston and I couldnt be happier with the care my dogs have received here! I routinely bring in my dogs for check-ups and Ive found that the prices are unbeatable for the spectacular service and quality received. More importantly, however, is that Dr. Bernal has always found the best treatment options for my two dogs. When my beagle, Lucky, came down with a horrible rash, Dr. B was able to quickly figure out the problem and prescribe a medication that quickly cleared up her skin.

Worst veterinary clinic in Davie, that I have visited. If you love your pet, dont go there. My niece took a cat to Dr. Bernal, he treated him and when she returned home, the cat died. Another day I asked Dr. Bernal for the Wi-Fi code, he told me that for security reasons he could not give it to me. Another day I asked him for a good brand of dog food, he said he didnt know. It looks like his main interest is to collect your money but he doesnt care neither for your needs nor for your pets.

Dr Bernal is the best vet ever. He was the only Dr that could figure out what was wrong with my dog. After visiting few quiet veterinarians in the area he did everything he could to diagnose my dog. My dog has a very rare condition and If it was not for him my poor doggy wont be here anymore. Thanks to Dr Bernal my kids and family are able to enjoy Bentley for many more years. I am so happy to find him in the right moment. .

first time at all friends animal clinic and experience was great!! Dr. Bernal made us feel comfortable, at ease and confident that my Mookie was in good hands. Ethics is his priority, wich is very hard to find !! the staff is really amazing/ friendly and caring. I cant say enough about my positive experience. Dr. Gallo was great. I was nervous when he left and sold to someone new...THEN, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Bernal and his staff. Wow! They are awesome! Caring, concerned, call for follow ups, professional, and informative. I could not ask for better service quality. Thank you All Friends for taking great care of Spock and Shadow. The Dr B is absolutely great!! He quite literally saved my cats life. I brought my little buddy in after adopting him as a kitten. He was close to dying and there were so many things wrong with him. He was almost in a coma. After 48 hours with Dr B, he came back a crazy little beastie. We cant thank him enough!! Great service, great prices.

I want to recommend Dr. Bernal for the outstanding service he has provided our 7 year old "Lala". She is mini pincher and a tough cookie for such a small body, but we love her to death. My wife and I are also very thankful to everyone at the clinic for all your love and care while we were away. Thank you!!!

Dr. Gallo sold All Friends Animal Clinic and is no longer in the area. Dr Gallow is a wonderful, caring Vet and he will be missed. I have not heard good things about the new owner, dont plan to go there, looking for another Vet, but Dr.Gallo is irreplacable.

Was going to do a long story why i think these guys SUCK but not going to waste my time......If you love your animal take them somewhere else cause all they want is your money.They put up a good front but in the end they dont care about you or your animal.
