I went here for almost a year, hoping the next product or medicine would help - and hated it every time, but was too lazy to find somewhere else until now. I never saw an MD, always a PA that just seemed to want to keep trying new things, including taking a biopsy of what turned out to be just acne on my back. now I have a nice scar. They are NEVER on time, yet call you 4 times to confirm your appointment. expect to wait at least half an hour before youre even sent to an exam room. If you ask how much insurance covers, they will say "its covered" and then you get a bill a month later for the difference. Once I was over billed and had to ask multiple times for the credit. Giant waste of time and money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DERMATOLOGY OFFICE!!!! I had an appointment for 8am and at 8:45am was still in the waiting room. The front desk staff is extremely rude as well, since I had to ask if I was being seen soon. Sorry most people do have jobs and cannot spend hours at a simple yearly routine skin check-up. Please go elsewhere and do no waste your time here!!!!!

I will definitely go to another office for my next appointment. The PA try to do a procedure without explaining it to me before hand i literally had to stop her and ask her what she was going to do. They are not courteous at all beginning with the front desk staff, Honestly I walked out of there scared, Poor assessment , and people skills

Carly Tanner and her assistant are the best ..I will follow them to whichever office they are in to be seen by them.. Overall Advanced Dermatology is the best I have been to and highly recommend them. I have been to two offices and have received excellent service at both
