Worst vet Ive been too so far, bad customer service, the receptionist had an attitude from the moment I stepped in. Explained to her after waiting 10 min in a growing line, Im having concerns with PARVO(worst nightmare for a dog parent) and she didnt seem concerned about the welfare of my pups, more annoyed with having to do more work. Completely shut me down after asking prices of shots, with a "we have no openings today and we are only open 2 days a week". I ask why is that? They have no doctor is her response, how am I to trust a vet office that has no doctor and is only open twice a week. I explain I cant wait that long my dogs lives are at stake. No concern, more frustration as she practically yells they have no more openings. Poor customer service and poor animal service, she didnt try to ask anyone in the back, it takes two minutes to give shots. But hey, who am I but a concerned parent. Thanks guys, for being a vet office that doesnt care about the welfare of animals.

I came here because they provide services for low income pet owners and was less than happy with the entire visit. The "lobby" was not air conditioned and the sun beamed through the windows which went all the way across the building so it was uncomfortably hot while you waited to be seen. My pug was panting and miserable from the temperature of the room and there was no real individual greeting or check in process. After being taken to a room they didnt return for quite a while and when they did it was to confirm what her visit was for. It was a total of 75.00 for her fecal, rabies, distemper, heartworm, exam, and nail trim which was the cost for low income services but I spend less at my regular vet for those same things. Dont go here you can save money elsewhere.

Who can say enough about Vets that volunteer their time and staff that volunteers their time and employees under a charitable organization that work under such stressful conditions. Its amazing that they are open twice a week with such limited resources. The services provided are top of the line. All staff, from reception and techs to Dr.s are caring and empathetic to pets and owners. My little guy had a major surgery and I was kept informed every step of the way. I was even sent a picture of his during recovery. I could tell he was in good hands. It will be a great day when the funding is available to open for a third day a week. Thank you again to everyone at Vets4Pets!

I called these people because someone referred me . My wife use to work at a vet hospital so I know that my dog needs stitches. My dog was bitten badly by another dog and she has a gash in her side. They first said your not a vet to know that she needs stitches and you have to receive government assistance for us to assist you. They are totally rude .

I dont have enough good things to say about these guys they saved my fur baby Buddy theres no way I could have been able to pay for his surgery any where else thank you so much for helping him

What does this organization really do for pets? I have donated to this organization before. To me they are more concerned about making money than they are about the pets they claim to support.

Place could be cleaner. Very small waiting room. Didnt care for the vet but the vet teck was awesome. Good place if your on a fixed income. They give pet food out for free also.
